overseas

Navy.
Puma
alleges
to
support
service
members,
and
mail
to
FPO
but...
1)
I
Couldn't
input
my
Fleet
Post
Office
address
via
their
mobile
app.
2)
When
I
phoned
to
place
my
order,
she
couldn't
do
it
either.
An
hour
later,
she
figured
it
out,
and
then
the
call
dropped.
3)
Started
my
order
again
online
via
my
laptop,
and
I
received
2
coupons
from
Puma
for
20%
my
first
order
-
yeah?
And
then
I
could
input
the
FPO,
and
hey
they
even
said
that
my
offer
qualified
for
FREE
shipping
-
except,
they
then
charged
me
$15
to
ship
to
FPO
and
said
the
20%
discount
for
first
purchase
didn't
apply
to
my
order.
CAN
YOU
MAKE
THIS
ANY
HARDER?

I
emailed
customer
service
and
I
have
about
8
emails
telling
me
that
I
am
wrong
and
they
are
right...
Puma
just
doesn't
get
it.
It
shouldn't
be
THIS
difficult
for
me
to
spend
my
money.
Don't
tell
me
I
get
a
military
discount
and
then
charge
me
$15
to
ship
to
FPO
when
I
have
a
banner
on
the
webpage
saying,
"Your
order
qualifies
for
FREE
shipping"
I'll
never
shop
at
Puma
again
and
I'm
telling
EVERYONE
I
know
the
same.
