Half
the
time
they
are
fine.
Nothing
to
write
home
about
but
they
get
the
job
done.
Days
like
today,
not
so
much.
I
placed
an
order
for
a
drink
and
a
breakfast
sandwich.
I
get
there
9
minutes
later
and
neither
item
is
ready,
which
was
a
little
strange
because
the
only
other
people
there
were
already
finishing
their
food.
Then
I
get
told
they
can't
make
my
sandwich
because
the
oven
isn't
working.
I
tell
them
to
refund
the
money
for
the
sandwich.
She
tells
me
to
do
it
on
the
app.
I
explain
I
can't
delete
items
once
the
order
has
been
placed.
She
tells
me
to
come
the
next
day
and
she
will
make
my
sandwich.
I
tell
her
that
is
not
an
option.
I
ask
again
for
her
to
refund
the
money
and
she
says
she
will
make
the
sandwich
but
it
will
take
a
couple
of
minutes.
She
actually
lied
about
the
oven
not
working,
and
only
made
the
sandwich
because
she
didn't
know
how
to
do
the
refund.
