Authentic Brazilian BBQ place with generous portions. Recently had a delivery order of their combo specials. They were similar to those offered at Oliviera’s, but the portions were much bigger. I got to try six of their meat options, and the briskets and the beef sirloin were the best. They were slightly overcooked, yet still tender. The other unpopular meat options such as the beef stew, pork sausage, and the lamb sirloin were a bit dry, so I would recommend going for their popular options such as the beef sirloin.

This will be the closest i can get to real Brazilian cooking!! The restaurant works in 2 ways, a la cart or the 'buffet style's I would highly suggest the buffet style!!!! You pay the pound. The exact way you would in Brazil! Highly recommend this place and the staff are super nice and helpful.

Great Brazilian steakhouse with all you can eat for $28, both good quality and relatively cheap! The meat was very juicy and soft, and it left a better impression than some other Brazilian steak that I've had at all you can eat places. We went for a lunch on a Friday, and were a bit confused at first because we did not see anyone doing rodizio. Turns out everyone else was doing pay-per-pound instead and has to go up to the window to get food. Once we decided on the all you can eat, the waiters will bring out the meat to you

When I entered a nice young woman greeted us. There were 4 of us. It is set up buffet style. You can get an all you can eat or weighed out by the plate. Very reasonable price for the amount of food I had. They allow you to get take home boxes. Very excellent customer service and the chef was super fast and very patient and helpful. They also have a bar inside that is very cozy . Lots of space. I would recommend.

My to-go place every time when I curve for authentic Brazilian BBQs. A lot of meat options to choose at a great price. Besides the meats, they also have a few bars to grab side dishes. You can either order food by pound, or enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet around 25 bucks. Give it a try when you stop by Broadway Somerville!

Natural Charcoal Grill that’s awesome, but I think the chef must to be focused in the salad bar and hot meals bar for keep the food fresh , some of those dishes still there for long time and it’s not safe or tasty.

This restaurant has a small buffet of Brazilian cuisine with a bar license for hard drinks. It has a street Cafe like seating outside so that you can eat outside if the weather permits. The food was ok considering the price and it was priced on weight. Overall it was a good experience with the staff being super courteous and helpful...although it would have been helpful to know a bit of Portuguese!

Man, this place I tried yesterday...Absolute game changer! The meat was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth. If you're all about that meat life, you've gotta check it out. Skewers just kept coming and I was living for it. Meat lovers, this one's for you!

Too Good To Go I bought 2. Delicious food and well served!

#TGTG Was my first foray into Somerville and cycled my way in. I was greeted at the door by a burly but friendly guy and walked into patrons singing and saw a proper stage with instruments and a singer. Walked over to see a buffet style menu with fresh meats being made and some premade dishes and a salad bar. The server got my order for pickup and filled my dish which had corn, chicken, salad, rice and beans and fried plantain. It was flavorful and not spicy and I wolfed down my order in no time. The dish did have a lot of plantains which aren't my favorite but not that they weren't reasonable.

This is our first time trying out Brazilian cuisine. Food was delicious. We ordered codfish ball and tres leche cake. Both seemed authentic Brazilian foods

Went for dinner on a Sunday evening, place wasn’t busy. Manager was attentive and got us a table within 5 mins. There are several options to choose from . An all you can eat for $44.99 on the weekends (different pricing during the week) Self service for $12.99 per pound and Al la carte but we weren’t made aware of that. We decided to do the self service $12.99 per pound since we knew we weren’t going to eat $45 /per person worth of food. The waitress comes to your table to take your drink order. You’re then instructed to go up to get your food buffet style. Remember you’re paying per pound so be aware that you’ll be paying for everything you put on the plate. There’s a salad bar , hot food bar, rice, beans, potatoes, pork and fish. At the meat section you can let the person cutting the meat know what you want.Theres a sign above with the different cuts of beef and chicken, along with sausages. After that you get to the scale and the person weighs your food for everyone in your party. You’re given a number for your table in case you go up for seconds or thirds. The food was ok, I found the meat to be on the salty side but usually that’s expected from Brazilian steakhouses. Others in our party thought the meat was a bit tough. There was live entertainment which was fun to listen to at the beginning but then we really couldn’t have a conversation. We basically ate and decided to leave. ***Pay attention to your bill *** When it was time to pay we noticed they included an automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 6 to the bill. I can justify paying that, if we were actually getting table service. But the only time the waitress came around was to take the order for our drinks. Everything else we did ourselves. We noticed it after paying and decided to leave the bill as is. We felt it would have been more complicated to ask them to adjust it since the music in the background was so loud. Overall, it was an ok establishment. If we do go back I’ll definitely be paying attention to our bill.

This was our first time there. We ate on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch,and decided to go big for their all you can eat buffet. There are three bar stations, two cold, and one hot. Though I don't know the name of these dishes, I am glad they had it because I had a Brazilian friend who shared them with me in the past. The first is a tuna like salad with potato sticks on top. The second is cuts of sausages with greens, beans, and a grain like ingredient similar to quinoa. These are both located in the cold section of the bar. Try it, you might like it! I also appreciate that they had two different salads to choose from. The hot station was great! They had black beans, pinto beans, refried beans, white rice, and mixed rice. I wish to eat another one of their breads with cheese fillings in the center. I also wish I had a sweet plantain. The meats that come out were delicious. I really enjoyed the spicy sausage and chicken hearts. However, my only caveat is that all of the meats are extremely heavily salted. Like sodium galore!! I kept needing a water refill, but the service was slow/unattentive ... it wasn't busy either. However, when the staff did come by, they were nice and kind. Also, $40 for all you can eat for lunch is kinda pricey? Overall, it's not too bad. I would like to come here more often, but might check out other places to come pair it with. Maybe it's suppose to be that salty?

If you like to have lunch or dinner in a clean local place, Gaucho is your place. Sort of a Brazilian cafeteria style. You have the ability to choose from fresh salads, or cooked dishes. And than comes the meat that is prepared Brazilian style, over the fire on long squares. Again, large variety of selection including steak, brisket, lamb, pork, sausage. Than you put the plate on a scale and you pay for the weight of your food. The place is clean, friendly and inviting. Go check it out. We love it and recommend it to all our friends.

Delicious! Friendly staff who helped me make a decision, good buffet but I took meat by the lb to go and the linguica and sirloin were both delicious, can see this becoming a weekly spot!

I love ordering from Gauchao and have been doing that for some time now. Recently I actually went there in person and unsurprisingly it’s better! I almost always get the sirloin steak because it’s very tasty and the amount of food you get for the price is incredible. I will be coming back to actually try the food items they are known for and I can’t wait.

I was in the mood for a good barbecue type of meat the day I visited the restaurant. I had beef, pork and sausage and all that I can say is that was delicious. The beef stew had a good taste and was nice and tender. Feijao tropeiro was good. The place looked very different from the last time I was there. Lots of space with two or three television screens and a bar located in the back. The staff was friendly! The difficult part was to find a place to park my car. I had to drive around several times. I will definitely go back.

The all you can eat option is not worthy. The guy serving the meat takes forever to come to the table, and he has a bad attitude. You have to be seating there waiting for food. We regretted taking the all you can eat option, probably better to have the food weighted and seat to eat instead of waiting for this rude guy.

Very disappointed do not order from Uber eats or go in person service is horrible I ordered 1st time from Uber eats was very good second time food was old and spoiled so went In person to see if quality was better but truely worst experience ever people that work their very rude and do not care for clean or safe food truely disgusting please do not go 3rd time was my last and was truely horrible the stench the taste I literally threw up
