Sadly our wings were terrible. Nicely meaty, but undercooked, gristly, undersauced, and lacking flavor. Would have loved if these were crispy and actually had a decent amount of sauce. I'm not one to need my wings to be extra crispy or anything, but these were so chewy and gristly it was hard to eat, and the amount of chewy fat was completely unappetizing. Also the waffle fries tasted like they made last week.

Learn from me and seriously don’t bother considering Wings Over Somerville. Last night was the final straw of a tumultuous chicken-related relationship and I’m out. Feeling brave? Take a look at the pictures of that buffalo chicken wrap. Pictures don’t do this “wrap” justice. It was god awful and yes, I’m holding the entire wrap I was delivered, that’s not a single half. (The wings I ordered were dry and chewy too). I’m writing this review for you at 6:30am, 8hours after finishing my meal last night, to warn you to expect disappointment the same way I should’ve. Giving this 2 stars so I don’t get written off as a irrational hater.

This place completely changed in so many ways - First thing that completely turns me off about this place is the extremely immature staff. It’s literally like walking into a high school classroom. They’re constantly on smoke breaks & goofing around behind the counter. Next, the wait time is VERY long. If you order a drink they always forget it & when you remind them, they say they don’t have it. Also, their boneless wings use to be waaay bigger & they would put a generous amount of sauce over the wings. They put barely ANY sauce now, so I ask for “extra” sauce on top of the wings to get even just a tiny bit more and even then, the wings are still really dry but to mention the sauces don’t taste the same either. I use to order from here weekly so I know very well how their food use to be and it seriously changed in a negative way. The worst part .. THEY ARE SO OVER PRICED!!! Seriously, overpriced is an understatement. I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s not the same. My family and I made the decision to completely give up on this place. Bad service, long waits, the food portions are much smaller & insanely over priced. None of that is ok.

Would give zero stars if I could. Wings were totally dry and did not have nearly as much BBQ sauce as one would expect. Also ordered dry rub which came fried... dry rub is not suppose to be fried... ridiculous. Never getting Wings Over ever again

It's got great food, great service, it's a shame the location and area are so blech. There's only so much you can do to an unfortunate location. But man, I love the food and the people are super awesome.

Tasty, but no longer worth it with current portions to prices. Prices have gone up a fair bit in the last 5 years, and portions down significantly. The tender/fry/drink combo used to be 2 meals worth of food for about $15, today it's half the food for $20.

This is by far the best place for wings. All of their sauces smack, the chicken is terribly tender, the ranch is ridiculous! Those are the only 3 components to chicken wings. I suppose theyre a little pricey, but wings always are. Treat yourself

Pretty busy place. Great food & staff! The newer management seems great — a lot of these reviews I think were from before, but don’t quote me. Food is fresh, and service is quick. I always leave a tip! 😊 definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something quick but good. Also bathroom is super clean which is always a plus.

Tried again after a few months to see if anything has changed. Food was mediocre compared to the Worcester location. Food is definitely overpriced for the quality received. I'd say if you're in the area give it a try, otherwise stick to another local wings place.

Wings Over has some fantastic locations… unfortunately this isn’t one of them. Fries were stale and wings were unappetizing. I returned here after 2 years to see if it’s improved any but it’s still a hard pass. A real disappointment to the franchise.

Sometimes they give extra wings when ordering later at night. Food has always been hot and well cooked. Not too salty. Service is fast and friendly. Texas mesquite is shake and bake. My go to is the cajun bbq

My wings meal was pretty spicy, though I'd specified 'mild'. They don't offer choices on meals that they do, or used to, on buckets, e.g., different flavors of bbq, teriyaki. Online ordering can be confusing when trying to use discount code. In-store staff was fast & exceptionally helpful.

I was going to order from this place, because I haven't had some good boneless buffalo wings in a long time. Then I saw their prices. To have TWO tenders delivered, after delivery fee, service fee, and tip would have been $17!! For TWO CHICKEN TENDERS! Take a hike...

Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I was really hungry but I truly did not have my wallet and needed to eat something because I had been out all day. I went in with a couple of bucks and this dude was amazing. He helped me pick pick something that would keep me for a little while and crunchy. Thankful for him. Unfortunately, as someone who knows her wings, they were not as tasty. They were just really buffaloed up. The waffle fries were just perfect and the french fries were really delish.

Went in it wasn’t that bad at all surprisingly after all the negatives things I’ve heard about this place & it’s service. I had a pretty short wait when I went in, but apparently another guy inside was waiting for 45 min. I didn’t mind the service as it was friendly & quick. The wings themselves were pretty good & had a good amount. Overall a good place for quick wings

Love the wings flavors they offers, buffalo, tyreake, sweet and spicy, sweet and sour etc, also friendly staff, prepared to wait because they do get very busy with pick up orders.

Great pickup spot for catering big events (air craft carrier, ftw!). Not a sit in restaurant, but delicious wings and sides.

My daughter ordered for me using UberEats and this order was a GROSS FAILURE. Literally got 6 pieces of chicken, celery was an additional $1.49. I will NEVER EVER AGAIN order from here. It’s a complete RIP OFF. I could have bought an entire fish plate from Mike’s Roast Beef, which is very good, for like $12.99 with a good size portion with fries and onion rings. I ate the wings and not shockingly, I’m still hungry. My daughter perhaps believed it including fries, IT DIDN’T. I have to admit, the chicken was good but, not $17.11 good. Definitely OVERPRICED. The one star is for the good chicken. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

I called to place an order and someone picked up the phone then hung up. No good customer service and on many occasions I have received under cooked chicken wings. Don’t get me wrong when they’re on point they’re good but always inspect your food before you leave.

Great food. I've been a few times and the food is always fresh and served fast. The staff are great. The last time I was in there John was especially helpful. I would recommend giving them a try.

I seriously USED TO LOVE this place and have been going since they basically opened..however after tonight NEVER AGAIN!! Over the past year and a half I have consistently had bad experiences with their food..every time I keep thinking..ohh, well maybe they are having a bad night (wrong flavors, constantly things missing, no celery which is paid for..etc) and go back..but that ends now! I ordered 2 6 piece wing meals both garlic Parm..WELL DONE and got to my vehicle and noticed there was no ranch or sodas which comes with meal.. brought the food back in and the employee rummaged through my bag looking for the missing items as if I was lying..and literally threw the missing items in my bag..I was so distraught..then I get home and wings were far from well done and had hardly no garlic Parm season on them! (Which has also been as ongoing issue..no seasoning and wings half cooked..rubbery n gross.. I mean they were basically just plain half raw wings literally bloody in the middle 😠 ..n although I did ask for extra season as well..waste of money! I was so disgusted I threw it all away! I just hope we do not get food poisoning 🙏🙏 I dont know how this place is still in business..smh ... TERRIBLE!!
