What an amazing find. Love the place and most importantly the staff they are so good and food is also really good. We had breakfast lunch and dinner at the same place for 5 days and our stay was amazing. The walk to the famous glacier is also close by. We actually did not go any where else. Didn't find the need. The glacier talk with snowcapped mountain was amazing. Their location is brilliant away from the traffic on the road where most other hotels are located and the owner and the staff has paid attention to small details. Must stay.

The hotel location is amazing, staff is polite and very helpful, food is equally good. The manager Shafiq is amazingly helpful and will help you for all your needs promptly. Overall a must visit place specially to get amazing view right from your coffee table.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights.. Every thing we find here was awesome. Rooms were neat and clean.. Food delicious... Nd last thing Front office manager tanveer.. Helped us in every step... Loved this property.

Our stay at The Village Walk was an overwhelmingly disappointing ordeal. Faced with a serious health issue, we urgently needed to return to Srinagar. Despite our plea to the hotel owner for a cancellation, their adamant and rude response left us with minimal support. While the support staff showed eagerness to assist, their limited authority hindered any meaningful help. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. KINDLY DO NOT MAKE ANY RESERVATIONS HERE!! WE FACED SEVERE HEALTH ISSUES BUT THEN TOO THE HOTEL WASNT READY TO CANCEL OUR 1 DAY OF BOOKING OUT OF 2 DAYS. On top of all this his words were " hum aapko doctor k pass leke jaa Rahe Hai wahi Badi baat hai, meharbaani samaj lo" Worst hotel to be rated of India. SHAME ON SONMARG DO NOT STAY HERE!!
