have

my

I
enjoyed
my
stay
there,
as
we
hosted
a
team
week
with
my
company.
The
staff
was
great
and
they
catered
the
menu
to
accommodate
our
vegetarian
colleagues.
However,
I
left
a
personal
belonging
in
the
hotel,
for
which
they
never
called
me
or
contacted
my
company.
It
took
me
2
weeks
to
confirm
that
it
was
there.
Then
sent
the
UPS
label,
which
they
vaguely
specified,
and
then
called
them
about
6
more
times
to
ensure
it
was
being
sent,
only
to
get
2
months
later,
someone
saying
that
I
had
to
arrange
the
pickup,
which
could
have
been
expressed
before.
I
have
never
been
more
frustrated
with
the
dealings
of
this
and
the
complete
apathy
to
how
this
was
handled
as
its
been
over
2
months
to
get
just
1
pair
of
working
trousers
sent
back
to
me.
For
that,
I
just
said
to
the
hotel,
please
consider
your
services
to
prior
guests
better.
