To cut a long story story short - mean and unfriendly staff. The hotel did not want to postpone a group reservation and a party due to unforeseen, countrywide COVID restrictions, and charged 100% of the stay for the whole group (22 people even though only 8 appeared). It was our fault that we paid for the whole stay in advance, beware when making a booking.

This hotel is very new, well designed, and has an ultra hospitable staff that loves dogs. Rooms are very spacious and the have great views. Hotel itself is located very close to the beach and exit2 where dogs are allowed! Breakfast and dinner are delicious! I will definitely come back!

Unfortunately the service desk had no sence of Customer service. Our room was available 1 1/2 hours late. The pre-paid dinner was a buffé with not so good food (lunch was great). The rooms and the spa area was great though the pool was quite small.

(this is the only review I have written in my life) I enjoyed my stay there, as we hosted a team week with my company. The staff was great and they catered the menu to accommodate our vegetarian colleagues. However, I left a personal belonging in the hotel, for which they never called me or contacted my company. It took me 2 weeks to confirm that it was there. Then sent the UPS label, which they vaguely specified, and then called them about 6 more times to ensure it was being sent, only to get 2 months later, someone saying that I had to arrange the pickup, which could have been expressed before. I have never been more frustrated with the dealings of this and the complete apathy to how this was handled as its been over 2 months to get just 1 pair of working trousers sent back to me. For that, I just said to the hotel, please consider your services to prior guests better.

Visited SPA only. Can't review the hotel. SPA: Neat, small though. Kind reception service will support you with towels, bathrobe, flipflops ETS, whatever you need. Few broken lockers at changing room and more with missing keys might jeopardize your first impression. Tap water available from large tank distributor and plastic cups. Didn't like plastic sunbeds offered for your relax after sauna (remark: only two available at SPA) Steam sauna nice, however large temperature variations - in the cycle: overheated then getting quite chilled before heating turns again on. Finnish (dry) sauna quite too, however didn't like plywood used to build beds. Very nice tile bench for rest. Overall OK.

It was awesome experience. This hotel is very cozy , very clean, and beautiful. The stuff speaks English and always willing go above and beyond to help customers. I highly recommend the hotel , especially a nice massage with Stanislav , he is the best ! I really enjoyed and definitely will stay there next time.

Nice hotel, not far from the shore. People are very nice and helpful, from the receptionists to the bar tenders. Rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was nice as well, and the bar has a lot of different alcohols on offer. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel, the center of Sopot is 20-30 minute walk away. The rooms and spa are quite on the expensive side though, but all in all decent value for money.

Beware of this hotel! Just had checkin. We didn't get the rooms we booked and paid for. Very arrogant staff. We're not used to that in poland. Bye Michael from Germany

Never in your life to think to visit on their beach hotel service are that slow that it will take years to receive order and not worth to wait even.
