Nothing proactively, nothing when I was about to pay (full service fee was charged). She just claimed that they warned us that you need to wait for long - but it was not true. It is a pity, as the place is nice, view is beautiful and food is great. I wouldn’t go there for a second time.

No excuses, no proper medical kit, not a pantenol or some against burnings. Nothing. I believe this is a case when I can actually go to the court. Because this gas-heater is an asbolute idiocracy. I'm an adult and got burned, but there were kids constantly running. What if they burn their hands or heads? Is this ok from a security perspective? Space is narrower than 1 meter, it's not ok.
