When
a
resturant
puts
a
price-tag
and
posesses
itself
as
a
premium
/
luxury
or
top-tier
-
I
expect
it
to
be
a
top-tier.
And
it's
not
onlyt
the
food,
but
the
service
itself.
You
can
dress
the
staff
and
everyone
in
a
fancy
uniform,
your
chefs
cooks
good-looking
meals
and
the
decor
is
very
nice.
But...
If
your
staff
behaves
like
or
below
the
average
if
"issues"
/
force-majeurs
are
not
resolved
or
ignored
-
it's
not
a
top-tier.
It's
a
simple
money
washing.
I've
been
in
White
Marlin
with
my
wife
and
friends
few
times.
I've
had
their
catering
service
at
home.
In
general
in-restaurant
service
was
questionnable,
but
I
didn't
raise
any
issues
or
reviews.
This
friday
we
ordered
a
table,
were
put
near
the
big
loud
table
with
a
wedding
guests
and
wedding
itself.
There
was
no
possibility
to
talk,
because
crowd
was
enormously
loud.
On
our
request
to
change
the
table
we
were
denied.
It
was
half
a
meter
to
them.
That
would
be
it,
I
would
not
even
bother
myself
to
write
a
review,
but
during
thos
requests
we
were
moving
in
very
narrow
"corridor"
or
whatever
it
was.
There
was
a
"gas-heater"
for
whatever
damn
reason.
I
was
going,
when
a
waiter
was
rushing
into
the
corridor
and
shouting
"AWARE
I'M
COMING",
I've
stopped
immediately,
tried
to
step
back,
but
another
waiter
was
right
behind
my
back.
Like
literally
behind.
I
almost
crushed
his
dishes.
So
I
tried
to
turn
forward
and
my
head
hit
hard
the
"gas
heater"
and
I've
got
a
burn.
Good
burn,
I've
heard
like
my
skin
cracked.
Does
anybody
reacts
?
No,
they
pushed
me
away
and
that's
it.
I've
asked
a
manager
or
hostess
girl
to
bring
something
and
she
recommends
to
go
to
the
toilet
and
use
soap.
Well
it
damn
hurts
you
know,
I
want
some
proper
desinfection,
some
help,
bandage
or
at
least
attention.
I've
asked
for
a
medical
kit
and
had
to
remind
constantly
about
it
for
next
5-10
minutes.
Had
a
feeling
that
I'm
asking
for
some
charity.
In
the
end
the
man
came,
told
me
"ah
it's
nothing",
gave
me
small
band-aid
and
some
wipe.
That's
it.
No
excuses,
no
proper
medical
kit,
not
a
pantenol
or
some
against
burnings.
Nothing.
I
believe
this
is
a
case
when
I
can
actually
go
to
the
court.
Because
this
gas-heater
is
an
asbolute
idiocracy.
I'm
an
adult
and
got
burned,
but
there
were
kids
constantly
running.
What
if
they
burn
their
hands
or
heads?
Is
this
ok
from
a
security
perspective?
Space
is
narrower
than
1
meter,
it's
not
ok.
We
decided
to
leave
a
restaurant
in
the
end.
And
these
are
photos
of
"it's
just
a
scratch".
