It's a chain so don't expect anything sophisticated. If you're craving something casual and very sweet there's a quite wide menu to choose from. Staff is always polite. I personally don't like the interior design and hoping they will change it soon...

I always visit Wedel when in Poland, the chocolate is great, but this one has got to be the worst one in terms of service. We got half of our order after 30 min and they forgot the rest. Didn’t really seem to care and were slow to fix the problem.

I love this place! This is a perfect place if you want to delight with a dessert or if you are thinking of making your evening sweet! All the desserts are perfectly cooked and served! And the variety of them is really impessive! All in all, it is a must visit for sweet teeth!

Wow, this place is classy and the menu is full of DELICIOUS stuff. Try the chicken for lunch (I know, chicken in a chocolate place?, but it's great with the balsamic and sun dried tomatos, no chocolate involved :)). The coffee is strong and tasty and the chocolates are to die for.

Possibly the best, actually, THE BEST hot chocolate I have ever had. Definitely worth the crise de foie that followed. No doubt, more calories than are good for you, but everyone deserves one treat each day. And, Cafe E. Wedel, Sopot is certainly a treat.

Sopot has to be my favourite place in Europe, and Chocolate Cafe E.Wedel certainly adds to the Sopot experience. A wide variety of delicious desserts and coffee's will tantalise your taste buds and if you need a break from the hustle and bustle there's a lovely patisserie style inside sitting area. Personally, I enjoy watching the world go by and like to soak up the amazing atmosphere in the little outside court yard. Sadly a few ingredients were unavailable; however, it was not a show stopper and we had an amazing catch-up with some close friends.

Perfect place for coffee and ice cream during the sunny 🌞 and hot day. Emilia, who was servicing us, was knoledgeable and did extra miles to tailor-made our wishes. She was nice, chatty, and kind.

A beautiful place in Sopot. One of my favourite during my stay in Poland. I like the deco but first of all I love my coffee and sweet treats. I noticed that people there are working really hard. Nothing is a problem. Our waitress was so helpful and so lovely. I hope to visit the Caffee next time when I'm in Poland.

Great selection of chocolate drinks, breakfast and both savoury and sweet dishes (pancakes and waffles). Satisfactory meal with good value for money with a cozy cafe vibe. A bit long waiting time but the staff informed us before, so that was ok. Will go back again for some coffee or sweet bites.

Poor service, I was twice in this place, and twice cups, spoons, forks were dirty...I'm not sure if it's safe to eat there at all

Very slow service, lack of attention to the customer. Chairs which are decades old and show clear signs of extensive usage. Only the quality of products is on good level, but that's expected from Wedel.

Amazing breakfast!! Had scrambled egg, waffles and fresh juices among other. We loved all of it!!😍

Great place for chocolate lovers with a large variety of options. They have a great offer for coffee and chocolates

Very poor indeed. We had an exceptionally long wait sitting down at the table without even being given a menu. A steady stream of people did the same as we did and walked out after 20 minutes (or longer) to go somewhere else for a meal. Very poor service indeed, but it's only to be expected from a very young staff with no experience, or older person to direct them. Not recommended, and we certainly won't be going back, as there's lots of other places to eat in Sopot.

The hot chocolate was tasty, but the background music so loud everyone in the café needed to shout over it. The waiter asked to lower its volume seemed confused and did nothing.

Very nice place. Had a decent brakfast with bread, ham and cream cheese. Crispy and fresh lettuce. Service was good both in English and Polish. Breakfast for two + coffee and Tea = ~48 zl / ~110 SEK / ~ 10 EUR

I tried the hot chocolate it was so delicious restaurant looks little bit old but staff was very nice highly recommended!!!

We went there on our last day in Sopot. The waitress managed to get both my drink and the cake I ordered wrong, so she brought me 2 things I didn't order. We were still charged for it though.
