    Church of St.George is located at the very heart of Sopot. It is on the way from railway station to the Sopot Pier. A good idea to stop by and look at it from the inside.

    Had visited this place on a sunday evening. The church had a very positive vibe and had really calm and soothing tunes being played.

    Free to visit. Very dark inside. Beautiful stain glass windows which don't let much light in but I bet on a warm summers day it would be very pleasant in the church.

    Garrison Church of St. George was designed by Louis von Tiedemann of Potsdam between 1899 and 1901 under the patronage of Empress Augusta Victoria. Church is real symbol of Sopot and you can find it near main walking street of Monte Cassino.
