Burger King Wilsdruff

Super small (two registers) and very poorly organized BK. No digital stations, so you have to wait in a queue to order and then wait to get the food. If you're in a hurry, don't stop here. We were there during slow times and it still took about 20-25 min to get the food. The workflow is seriously wrong there. Food is standard.

the food is average, typical fast food, the service is ok, but the interior looks like it's 50 years old, torn seats, worn-out furniture - a sad sight, and in addition, the toilet is paid for by customers.

You need to wait in a long queu and order with an actual human being, what year is it?? Understaffed with long waiting times

Some items were not available. Paid toilets.

Super old & outdated interior. no digital order terminals. had to wait pretty long. while waiting i already noticed, that a big amount of orders were not handed out correctly (Cola missing, wrong product etc.) I ordered a big box of vegan nuggets that comes with 3 dips, i got 0 dips, which i sadly noticed way too late. all in all one of the worst burger King stores that i've visited.

Taste of the burger ok but next time will check properly my order I get single whopper instead of double unfortunately I didn't have enough time to bringing that back to changed

Avoid. This is the worst BK I have ever visited. No digital terminal, only one cashier open, two people in the kitchen, queue and waiting time 30+ mins. The offer is incomplete and only at the counter you learn that they accept only cash - due to a “technical issue”, which according to other reviews lasts for years, haha. Run.

Not good compared to other locations

I ordered a chicken burger but was served beef instead. I haven’t eaten beef for many years, and I had to spit it out immediately. This experience has made me lose trust in the restaurant and its employees.
