Poor customer service.You need to beg for staff( not everyone) attention.I wanted to order something which wasn’t available in the store but was online.I asked one of the team member if he could order something for me online he said ,,No” and he said that I have to do it myself . I went to different person to ask for the same thing and this time it was a success. I try to understand why one person knows what to do another don’t. Maybe they luck some training or maybe they just don’t bother.

I brought a nice HP monitor for my laptop. That's nice. Specially the staff is very good. Speaks English too. This place has all the stuff we need. 100% satisfied.

Very expensive and some of the staff are not friendly. They do have everything for the house, washers, refers, smart TVs etc. Not too bad for media store.
