The saunas are very well heated at an appropriate temperature, I highly recommend the showers, which are cold, hot and warm. clean place, reception is good. There are portions to eat. There is soap, towels, slippers and a bathrobe provided. It's a family environment. The negative point is that in the corridor that leads to the hot tub there is a window that faces the rest room and there are some guys resting with smartphones in their hands ✋ and I don't feel very comfortable, we don't know the intention of each one, right, if they are going to film or take photos of us to put on some adult websites, I don't really trust them, being naked, near the break room. I'm systematic, but the experience was worth it, I highly recommend it. But privacy is everything.

I'm 67 years old, I've been going to saunas since I was 10 years old, I've been to all the saunas in SP and some states in Brazil, I didn't find anything like the jewel spa, I feel at home, it's a family atmosphere, I've taken my children there since little ones and I'm taking my grandchildren today, there's no other better place to relax, to renew your energy, the service is unique, starting with the staff and the owner who treats us like friends, so I highly recommend it!!!

Now, as it's a practically familiar environment, you just can't venture into some practices that exist in other saunas, like making out, for example.
