Simple hospital. We are from Minas, we don't know SP well, my mother asked for a glass of water and was denied, she said it was only for the patient. My mother was in the room waiting for me the entire time and they didn't bring any snacks or water for her. I arrived at the room at almost 4 pm and only at night was I able to ask my son to order her an Ifood. But I also give credit to those who deserve it, Cida, Vanessa and the girl who took me to the car on Tuesday 04/04/2023. I came to the hospital with a diagnosis of Hpylore, I paid everything privately in cash. Best service I've ever had in my life! Very attentive medical staff, nurses with humanized care, reception girls are also very polite. I do not have anything to say! I'm hospitalized, very comfortable room! Good morning, I had surgery on 06/28/23, I had plastic surgery, and I was impressed with the service provided by all the staff, very polite, attentive, helpful, they were wonderful to me, nursing technicians Leandro, Fanny, Erica, Dayane and Cida , the anesthesia team were also wonderful, I didn't feel any pain, the hospital also has a great structure and accommodation, it exceeded my expectations, I just have to thank the whole team for the excellent service. My experience was the worst I could imagine U. Hospital.publico is much better, it treats the Patient as a human being, this hospital does not care about the patient but rather about finances and money is profit like a slush fund hospital and mercenary judges, a hospital takes a long time.
