I scheduled a manicure appointment for my daughter and I, the company “rosy platinum” provided an extremely rude person, with no education whatsoever, who started the service with a huff and an ugly face. It hurt my daughter's hands and nails. When we asked her to be lighter, that she didn't need strength, she started to argue. I informed the owner, but talking or nothing was the same thing, without any reaction, in principle this is their service. Or are you afraid of the employees. Unfortunate. If you like to be well attended to and don't like rudeness, think carefully before booking at this location.

I always get my highlights done with Rosy and Carol and I love them. This time I did it with Adriana and Gil and I loved it too, besides being talented, they are super fun and good at chatting. I highly recommend it, I leave feeling wonderful!

I discovered the salon on Instagram and decided to go and meet the professionals before getting the highlights done and I simply loved the results and service provided by Adriana and her assistant. All salon professionals were very attentive and polite. It turned out much better than I expected, I left there super happy with the result, they certainly gained a client.

I went to get my hair highlighted and a cut, Adriana was the one who did my highlights. Because it was my first time at this hairdresser I felt insecure, but Gil started talking and made me feel more comfortable and confident, he was super attentive and receptive and thank God everything went well. My hair looks beautiful 😍 Jorge put on a great show in the cut. So I recommend you guys, they are trained and careful professionals. May God bless each one there, and empower them more and more!
