It was for the first time I went there and I must say I really enjoyed myself,the welcome cocktails were so good and food was delicious as for the stuff they so friendly and they really tried to make me n my family members feel at home and I would really go back there again...❤️

Great place to host events .we truly had a blissful time the food was great ,the scenery and atmosphere we were received proper customer services ,I would also recommend it for leisure time .

The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcomed, we enjoyed our stay there and we definitely recommend it for the best stay in Pretoria

Checked in Saturday evening, tried taking a shower the water was cold I thought maybe it was finished coz there was an event or something but only to find even the morning the water would still be cold. And we have mini bars and bins

Did not have a good time here at all, the guy who’s was working at the reception last night the 19nth of August was so rude… even told me next time I should book five start and stop expecting treatment …. Or move to floor 5 not 3. I’m getting what I paid for, I must just stop complaining. The hotel is beautiful but no the service here is poor very poor, I’m not coming back here ever again !!!

My experience with this place was awful. I was there for two consecutive days and there was no water, there was no clear solution coming from management, poor communication. All they did was place a bucket at the door in the morning, and this water was cold water so we had to boil water. The least you could have done is boil the water for us. There is no parking. Poor services from the staff especially the reception.

I had a wonderful time here. I’m not well and have back problems but they made sure that I’m comfortable at all times. The rooms are clean and I especially love the garden set-up. Beautiful staff and establishment. The discipline is amazing…!! I recommend this any day any time. For improvement: I would have preferred a room with a couch due to my condition.

My partner and I were there for the long weekend, 29 April until 1 May 2023.. It’s a beautiful newly built hotel which we loved overall service was great BUT there’s a lot of room for improvement.. Parking is also an issue on the premises, first come first serve,cars are parked right outside the hotel rooms and once it’s full your car must be parked outside the premises.. yes they have security but atleast gate that area aswell.. we were impressed when we drove in the one night and one of the staff members fetched us with an umbrella from our car because it was raining 🤩🤩 the bar area is also great with affordable drinks. 1)Staff training - when we checked in the lady who was at reception had no knowledge of our booking and we were told that our room was not booked because we had only paid the deposit and in the mist of this conversation, another lady came in demanding to be assisted because she was in a rush and to my surprise we were then told to have a seat and wait for someone else to come assist 🙄. We waited and watch that lady being assisted before us, minutes later another staff member came and she then offered to assist us and showed us to our room.. She was friendly, and professional- made mention of the in-house facilities and answered all our questions… 2) The room - room was clean but looks more like a B&B instead of a hotel.. room was tiled and had one small mat(introduce bigger carpets/mats), bed only had two heavy pillows which were very uncomfortable(hotel can improve on adding more pillows).. There are no cabinets, only open shelving- we were not comfortable leaving our belongings like that.. Please work on getting DSTV, we were bored watching top TV very poor.. didn’t even have a news channel or decent movies to watch.. The air conditioning was poorly installed, every time the power goes off it needed to be reset- it was a hassle because the plug was high above the shelves so you needed to pull a chair to try to reach the top..this was extremely frustrating because it was very hot 🥵 during the day.. There is no working station for you to be able to do some work while you are in the hotel, plus there was no WiFi in our room.. we were told it only connects close to the reception area.. 3)The bathroom - the window opened to the passageway, when someone walked past they are able to see everything in the bathroom 😓🤦🏽‍♀️ so we couldn’t keep the window open.. on our first night we had a towel-looking mat to place by the shower but after the ladies cleaned no mat was left for us so we resorted to using the hand towel.. no towels are placed in the bathroom so after washing your hands, you have to walk to the bedroom to get a towel to wipe… hotel needs to install a soap and hand lotion dispenser by the basin instead of needing to go into the shower to get soap to was your hands… also put atleast two toilet rolls in the bathrooms.. I had to walk out in the early hours of the morning in the rain to the reception to ask for toilet paper.. 4)Breakfast- served in the conference room, the hotel can improve on the seating arrangements- only long tables were used which forced you to sit with people you didn’t know.. the breakfast is R140pp which is really expensive considering the amount of food that was catered.. it’s like the staff didn’t know how many people to expect 🤦🏽‍♀️the food ran out as more people came in.. we were given concentrated juice instead of 100% fruit juice.. fruits were very little in the dishing bowl.. had no pastry options except for muffins that ran out some people were given small packets of peanuts while others didn’t get.. coffee🙎🏽‍♀️ only Ricoffy was served that’s very disappointing for a “hotel”.. the worst part was the bathrooms in the conference area where breakfast was served.. the ladies bathrooms were dirty with dust everywhere, some of the toilets didn’t even have toilet paper and the toilet brushes were broken worst of all there was no soap to wash our hands after using the toilet.. very disappointing! Overall it’s a beautiful place that needs a lot of improvements..
