There is usually a queue that extends outside for home affairs services, but it's fine

When looking for Shoprite, SASSA offices, Car Spares, Auto Mechanics, Plumblink, Printing Shops, ATM's and ETC, do give this place a visit!!

  • 5/5 Frank M. 1 year ago on Google
The place is excellent for mini shopping for the basics when it comes to food 🥑,and you have your low quality furniture stores and bottle store by ShopRite plus your home affairs facility and sassa brand

Good place to be but with fewer shops available 😃, it's depends on what you are interested in alright!!!🤗

  • 2/5 Koketso M. 1 year ago on Google
Most of the time when I go there there is no electricity 🔌 at most of the shops. It's usually dark inside the shops and there is no Aircon due to lack of electricity and this would be during non loadshedding times. Looks like the shopping centre has electricity problems.

I went to the Department of Home Affairs Nafcoc Shopping Center,I was well attended to,I received professional advises,I was offered a very professional service inconjunction with my Enquiries and ultimately I was very impressed by the service I received at the Department of Home Affairs Nafcoc Shopping Center. Keep it up 100% good service 👍.

Not a bad place to visit, just need some investors to come and establish variety of stores.

The shopping centre needs some serious attention. It is a dull place. Shoprite is very clean and tidy. Just got disappointed when they didn't pack my groceries. I had to do it on my own and the cashier just didn't bother to apologise for not packing.

The place is small shopping center but you will love shopping there as it's not too crowded and you can quickly do your shopping. Customer service in this shoprite store was fine for me and I love shopping there.

Got help shopping at Shoprite Nafcoc even though the cashiers at the Kiosk were rendering a slow service. They don't really want to work but got help with purchasing and registering a new sim car for my sim swap.

Outdated shopping experience. There are VERY limited shopping outlets here. Management is terrible.

The Department of Home Affairs, the Post Office and SASSA offices are located within this place, which is great for DoHA errands and motor license renewals. Not the best client service, as one can usually expect from public service offices, but you will definitely get the job done here. Shoprite and Shoprite Liquour also located on site, as well as auto part shops and mechanics to help install said parts (should you so require). Other smaller businesses also available, but for shopping/ groceries you only have Shoprite available.

The home affairs is disturbingly inefficient, I mean from queue management social distancing and not to mention I never made it inside, well no surprise there.

Local community mall supporting local business with governmental services and large retailer. Mall has been improving over years and each year a new area is upgraded. Neat government departments

The exterior was quite dirty, and it seems like the people have come to accept such squalor.

  • 5/5 Celiwe M. 2 years ago on Google
This shoprite compared to others it is small but quiet clean and organised

If you REALLY have to go, there's Shoprite store and Nafcoc pharmacy. If you dislike crowded places then stay away.

I love the great customer service and safe parking. You don't even have to push your trolley back once you're done with shopping. Really, it's a good place to shop.

Poor service delivery.. service delivery is non existent, went there three times at Sassa Office, still I was not assisted.Theres a female security officer there, rude, loud and very inconsiderate, she acts like a consultant and turn people away. She doesn't care whether you have been waiting since 04h00 in the morning.

Its just never nice going to a new place after hours, dont take it bad you probably do better at other times. Like peek hours open more tills, cant have staff having private conversations while customers are standing in long queues it just doesnt make sense if people applied to get a job but didn't really want a job seriously

  • 1/5 jonas m. 2 years ago on Google
I did like the service of department of home affairs. For far most the personel officer was providing us with a broad information not talking about the home affairs officers the were providing us with 100% service.I really recommend Soshanguve home affairs as one of the best.

  • 3/5 Jonathan Z. 1 year ago on Google
It's okay but you wouldn't go there if you had a second option... Even if it's your first time there you feel like it's an old shopping centre... A little upgrade would do wonders

  • 3/5 Mahlatsi M. 1 year ago on Google
Very bad.been standing on the que from 6 o' clock at sassa

  • 4/5 keabetswe S. 1 year ago on Google
There's shoprite, post office, home affairs, absa, standard bank atms, furniture shop, clothing shops, printing companies and a butchery. It doesn't look like a safe place bt iv neva heard abt any incidents.
