One word to describe decathlon franchise in Sousse mall - bazar. On Sunday morning when their outlet is full of people in rush for last purchases before opening of the school, the employees are simply hiding somewhere of pretending busy on their mobile phones. Only one cash point running out of 6, by making customers spend their valuable time just to contribute into your cash points. It’s completely disaster and mess outlet where nothing is in place. Strong management is missing to keep running this brand as it stands for.
