The waiters in this hotel will do everything to reap you off!! I was hanging out in this new Sardina club in Eden hotel on a Saturday night. To my surprise, when we asked for the bill, we have been overcharged (extra drinks, tons of extra plates as well). The waiters claimed they couldn't remove the several extra items. Sneaky service with poor management! Better avoid this hotel if you don't want to be REAPED OFF especially if you are a foreign tourists!!

Staff very friendly but would not recommend it for British families it's full of Russian's and food is more for there taste

I used to work there for few weeks. That's why I see it from different perspective. The hotel was nice. Small, but didn't miss anything. Perhaps the location is not very fortunate, but it depends on person's needs. It's far from city but for the people who don't plan going out it's enough. Inside the hotel you have everything you need. I liked people who worked with me- receptionists, security, gardeners, fellow animators and everyone else. It was very good experience :)

If you stay in this hotel be ready that all staff will think that you are a russian. Receptionist was mean and didn't speak english, you need to pay for bottled watter, beach not so pretty- algae and some of plastic trash in the sea. Kayaks can be borrowed free of charge. Free internet only at reception lobby.(max 20 people connected). Cleaning in the rooms is ok. No hairdryer so bring your own. Tasty food, well and fresh prepared. Delicious yogurts, croissants and cookies.Very tasty puffed fried envelopes with potatoes and dill. Nice and friendly staff doing their best to make guests happy but its very difficult with russian guests which most of them are rude and messy. Especially on lunch and dinner. Animation staff was the best.

I pay for all inclusive but I have to pay for water !!! Reception didn’t provide information when you check in very poor service from waiters very poor animation I chose this hotel for the aqua park for the kids but unfortunately it was very poor condition I stuck two se inside one of the sled 😄 I had to walk to goes out !!! The food is not perfect, it’s not recommended at all. 😢😢

This hotel was connected with El Mouradi Skanes hotel, it was very confusing where we were as the hallways are connected. However it looked way better outside.

It is overcrowded, and the service is poor. No shampoo or soap were in the bedrooms. There are so many people in the pool that it is impossible to swim comfortably, and there are huge queues for food. I literally waited for some fried potatoes for more than one hour. In addition, the manager just requests that you cancel your reservation without accepting any responsibility.

Sure we shouldn’t expect much from a 3 star hotel but there were some necessities missing regardless of the price of the night of the stars of the hotel. In rooms we had smelly bath cloths no soap no shampoo no nothing . The hotel is extreeemly overcrowded it made the exp very poor : we struggled to get a parking space immediately,we had to wait 20min for a single food queue (the food was alright honestly) ,we struggled to get tables so we can sit . And the most horrible thing is that the reception staff is very rude when you complain about anything the manager tells you you can take your money and leave imagine ! Absolutely do not recommend the price range is not relatively low for the low low exp we had ! Save you money.
