coming
here
for
service.
Bought
my
car
here
3
months
ago,
and
that
part
was
fine,
but
noticed
a
couple
of
things
that
needed
attention,
there
was
a
rattle
when
my
sunroof
was
opened.
Well
upon
pulling
in
I
was
greeted
so
to
speak,
and
asked
what
I
was
here
for.
I
Explained
the
main
reason,
and
then
had
a
couple
of
other
questions,
one
being
that
the
bezel
around
the
switch
for
the
sunroof
had
all
kinds
of
scratches
on
in,
it
came
from
the
factory
like
this.
The
tech
had
the
audacity
to
tell
me
that
is
was
my
fingernails
scratching
the
plastic,
and
that
it's
easy
plastic
to
scratch,
and
pretty
much
blew
off
my
inquiry,
which
made
me
a
bit
mad.
I
explained
I
don't
even
come
into
contact
with
that
part
when
I
touch
the
button
for
the
sunroof.
When
I
pressed
on
about
it
he
just
shrugged
me
off
basically.
I
do
not
like
being
treated
like
an
idiot,
I
don't
want
to
hear
excuses
for
bad
parts,
and
blaming
it
on
me.
So
I
went
and
sat
down
and
waited
for
them
to
check
out
the
vehicle.
Eventually
the
tech
came
back
and
told
me
that
there
was
a
rock
in
my
sunroof
windscreen
that
was
making
the
noise.
Okay
so
were
all
done,
and
they
ran
my
car
through
the
wash
for
me.
Let
me
say
this
was
the
worst
dealer
carwash
I
have
ever
had.
I
hope
they
didn't
mess
up
the
ceramic
coating
or
the
film
wrap
I
have
on
my
vehicle.
It
looked
like
they
wiped
it
down
with
a
dirty
pork
chop.
The
wheels
were
not
even
clean,
the
back
hatch
had
dirt
on
it
still,
the
windshield
was
filthy,
I
mean
a
two
dollar
gas
station
wash
would
have
been
better.
The
only
person
that
was
helpful
was
Brad,
as
I
was
having
problems
hooking
up
my
phone
to
the
infotainment
system,
we
had
to
reset
the
system.
Thank
you
Brad!
In
closing,
I
will
not
return,
I
live
30
miles
away
and
bought
the
vehicle
there
because
that
part
was
fantastic.
I
am
supposed
to
get
4
free
oil
changes,
they
can
keep
them,
I
will
not
be
going
back
for
service
here
ever
again.
I
don't
like
being
treated
like
I
am
an
idiot,
and
also
the
terrible
job
they
did
washing
the
vehicle.
I
will
have
my
oil
changed
at
my
mechanic
and
keep
the
receipts
for
future
reference.
Dealer
service
centers
have
a
bad
rap,
and
this
one
is
no
different.
The
only
reason
I
will
go
to
a
dealer
anymore
is
for
recall
work,
or
for
a
warranty
issue.
I
will
not
advise
anyone
to
have
their
car
serviced
here.
