    They did a fine job installing the remote start, and the detailing was okay, however they did not remove all stains( as promised when the vehicle was first purchased ) and they stole items from the car once they had detailed it.     Jesus is the best mechanic. If you ever need your car serviced I highly highly highly recommend asking for him. He's quick and does an amazing job. Going to a mechanic can leave you feelinga little weary, but he is very thorough and keeps you updated on the process. 10/10 would recommend him!!!

    Max is a consummate sales person. He explains just enough to keep us focused on the car we have in mind. Without too many facts, he gave us the complete rundown on our CRV and convinced us that this car was the one for us. We appreciate Max for his selling skills as well as his wonderful personality!

    The ADAS system on my 2018 Honda CR-V went out and an error reading "CAM" showed up on my dash and would not go away, so I took it to the dealership for a diagnostic. After a two hour diagnostic, the tech told me the error code they found was due to a compatibility and alignment issue with the windshield since it is not an OEM part. This confused me because I have had the same windshield in the car for over two years and have not had a single issue. Additionally, this windshield is directly from the vendor who sells Honda their windshields! The only difference is that mine doesn't have the Honda logo on it (so it was almost $1000 cheaper than the same exact windshield with the logo on it). As a result, the dealership was asking for a large amount of money for a new windshield and ADAS calibration. The tech said they could not fix the issue without putting a new windshield on and even then, they could not guarantee it would be fixed. Luckily, I was able to find a reputable auto glass shop about 30 miles away and they assured me that the issue was not with the windshield. They were able to recalibrate my ADAS system in no time and save me $1450 in the process. It pains me to write this because I have had such good experiences buying cars from here, but do not come to Brilliance for a service like this. I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me for something that only took $250 to fix, not $1350 for a new windshield and another $350 to calibrate it. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for service. Save yourself the stress over upcharges and take your vehicle elsewhere.

    First time coming here for service on my accord. Every time we’ve taken it to other service centers they charge between $45-$60 for the oil change/rotation/inspection and done within the hour. They end up saying it $89.99! For an oil change? I thought something was wrong and they said that price includes a complimentary tire rotation and inspection. Ok so it’s still $90 for an oil change. But what could I do. They didn't post prices and I should’ve called and asked before making the appointment. Can’t turn back now. So it’s finally done. Cashier has an attitude and directs us to go find another employee to obtain a discount because she can’t do it. She says he’s the only one who can. Doesn’t direct us where to go just sits there and expects us to wander around until we get lucky I guess. Go to the area we’re supposed to go and they say anyone can help. Then it wasn’t just the one person then. Still had an attitude afterward. We finally leave the service center and the low tire pressure pops up. I call and they say it happens after rotation. The tires are a month old and never had an issue before. While there’s worse places out there I’m sure, this place just isn’t going to be on the list to go again. I will drive a little further to go to the same centers I used to go. This is what happens when you try change.

    I waited a total of 14 minutes before anyone helped me and the whole visit took 15 minutes to pick up parts I had ordered. I've been going to Brilliance Honda for around 6 years now and I will just order what I need online from now on. I don't have time for someone to make me wait around while he takes a food order while getting me parts they had ready.

    First and last time coming here for service. Bought my car here 3 months ago, and that part was fine, but noticed a couple of things that needed attention, there was a rattle when my sunroof was opened. Well upon pulling in I was greeted so to speak, and asked what I was here for. I Explained the main reason, and then had a couple of other questions, one being that the bezel around the switch for the sunroof had all kinds of scratches on in, it came from the factory like this. The tech had the audacity to tell me that is was my fingernails scratching the plastic, and that it's easy plastic to scratch, and pretty much blew off my inquiry, which made me a bit mad. I explained I don't even come into contact with that part when I touch the button for the sunroof. When I pressed on about it he just shrugged me off basically. I do not like being treated like an idiot, I don't want to hear excuses for bad parts, and blaming it on me. So I went and sat down and waited for them to check out the vehicle. Eventually the tech came back and told me that there was a rock in my sunroof windscreen that was making the noise. Okay so were all done, and they ran my car through the wash for me. Let me say this was the worst dealer carwash I have ever had. I hope they didn't mess up the ceramic coating or the film wrap I have on my vehicle. It looked like they wiped it down with a dirty pork chop. The wheels were not even clean, the back hatch had dirt on it still, the windshield was filthy, I mean a two dollar gas station wash would have been better. The only person that was helpful was Brad, as I was having problems hooking up my phone to the infotainment system, we had to reset the system. Thank you Brad! In closing, I will not return, I live 30 miles away and bought the vehicle there because that part was fantastic. I am supposed to get 4 free oil changes, they can keep them, I will not be going back for service here ever again. I don't like being treated like I am an idiot, and also the terrible job they did washing the vehicle. I will have my oil changed at my mechanic and keep the receipts for future reference. Dealer service centers have a bad rap, and this one is no different. The only reason I will go to a dealer anymore is for recall work, or for a warranty issue. I will not advise anyone to have their car serviced here.

    This is my 2nd review. Once again I was in need of the Service Dept. after my mechanic around the corner cross threaded one of my wheel locks and then broke the key trying to get it off. Took it to Brilliance Honda service department and they were able to remove the cross threaded bolt and I had them replace the wheel locks with 'standard' lug nuts, all at no charge. Great job guys!
