Went through drive through at 0430 to the location on Michigan St in South Bend. Says it’s open 24 hours. There were 2 employees sitting in a car doing who knows what. One female came charging at my car screaming were not open. I said ok. Sat there for about 5 seconds and she starts coming at my car like she is about to fight me. Now I know they are open because they are accepting door dash orders at this time. Completely unacceptable and those employees should be fired.

I was literally late to work after trying to get lunch here. It took 30 mins after they lost my order and I had to go inside because nobody came out curbside. The employees ignored me all but the one front register guy. After I finally got my food the burgers were smashed together with almost burnt bread. The fries were fresh but had no salt. The attitude I got from the employees was the worst part. I’ve worked at mcdonalds(this one actually,) Burger King and Dairy Queen. Never have I seen such a rude crew in all my experience in fast food. Tighten up guys. I won’t go to this location ever again

Horrible experience non organized racist towards others very unprofessional manager arguing back with customers, low staffed the cook is slow, another employee with no hair knit on going into the food area to talk to employees not in uniform if he works there. The floor was messy with food all over the place. And I asked about employment as I seen a table about open interviews and asked questions and she completely ignored me and said she knew nothing about it being the manager on duty

Absolutely disgusting bathroom that is overflowing and they know about yet don't do anything about it. Food arrived cold. Indifferent employees.

Lobby dirty, parking lot dirty. Got charged for pumpkin latte, pumpkin pie and Sprite. They didn't have any of it. Gave me a Sunday to compensate. Had to go inside for a 20 minute refund. Was treated like I was a problem for wanting my money back. Manager said well if you go get that Sunday I'll give you your fries back hot. Cuz food was cold. 0/10 do not recommend. Manager needs a class.

9-29-24 - 8:55am the manager today was great. She had so many orders and was running out of things and she handled it like a pro- she was so nice the customers even a few that were being rude to her for no reason. the food was great and she deserves a raise. She really went above and beyond .

Burger was half cooked. 3-10 piece nuggets only had 8 each. At least they were quick.

Store is supposed to open at 5 am and never does. Called the store to find out if they were open and the lady cussed me out talking about she hasnt gotten the system up yet and to come back later.
