Arrived
after
the
notes
check
in
time
of
3pm,
was
told
room
was
upgraded
(which
was
great)
but
the
room
was
not
ready
yet.
Told
likely
between
5/5:30
as
they
were
behind
due
to
staffing
shortages.
Came
back
at
7:30pm,
got
room
keys,
however
we
arrived
to
the
room
to
find
the
door
propped
open,
dirty
pile
of
bed
linens
on
the
bedroom
floor,
dirty
towels
on
the
bathroom
floor,
and
a
pile
of
garbage
bags.
Back
downstairs
we
go
to
wait
at
the
front
desk
while
they
tried
to
help
another
guest
having
their
own
issues
with
check
in/room.
Manager
on
duty
comes
up
to
the
front
to
try
and
resolve.
Given
keys
to
another
room
that
“he
personally
checked”.
Go
up
to
that
room,
walked
passed
a
pile
of
sheets
in
the
hallway
near
the
room
door
and
while
ok,
cleanliness
standards
not
what
I
would
expect
from
a
Hilton
brand.
Dropped
off
our
items,
decided
to
walk
down
to
get
something
to
eat
vs.
taking
a
chance
at
the
hotel
restaurant.
On
our
way
back,
saw
the
same
Mgr
on
Duty
in
a
alleyway
by
the
hotel
with
4-5
other
hotel
employees
chatting
and
smoking
cigarettes.
While
I
get
everyone
is
dealing
with
staffing
issues,
maybe
it’s
time
to
look
at
the
leadership
of
the
hotel,
especially
when
we
stayed
at
the
Hilton
Garden
the
night
before
that
was
3
miles
away
and
no
issues
whatsoever!
Don’t
waste
your
time
and
money
here.
