    They claimed they didn't have the cravings box, so I choose beef supreme chalupas and received steak chalupas. Taco Bell I didn't ask for steak. Get with it, paying customers want what they asked for. Dinner was thrown out with a total disappointment and completely wasted time, gas and money. Of course I didn't get a receipt to complain properly.

    Ordered through Uber Eats, which picked the location to order from, and was looking fw to getting one of my fav fast food breakfast items delivered and starting out my Saturday morning right!!! Nope!!! Please note pic 1 is from this order and pic 2 is not from this order, included as examples. This was the worst TB experience I've ever had and ive has some doozies. I'm a huge fan of the sausage am crunchwraps when made correctly, and I expect for them to sometimes be missing jalapeno sauce or maybe the portion of eggs is too small, cause who really cares in this day and age about their job or doing their job the right way or respecting the customers spending their hard earned money on the food you make? Anyways, picture 1 says it all. Picture 2 is NOT FROM THIS ORDER and from the TB I usually order from and that is what this item should look like. See the difference? All of the sausage am crunchwraps were missing sausage patties, crumbled sausage was substituted instead, which IMO makes these things inedible and should be something your customers should know bf ordering. Every single am crunchwrap I received looked like a pig trough inside. I really think if TB put some effort behind their breakfast, improving quality and consistency and made breakfast available for more than 2 hours everyday from 9am to 11am, yes, I know a couple open at 8am, they could have a top seller or ar least improve breakfast item sales. But who cares? Right? I'm just the customer and you dont care about your job. Thanks for reading.

    Asked for 3 steak chalupas with no sour cream I got 2 steaks with no tomatoes and 1 chicken with tomatoes and SOUR CREAM! Does this look like a steak chalupa with NO sour cream

    Alrighty folks, if you want to wait in line for 20minutes, never get your order right, and be handled with the rudest customer service, come here. This Taco Bell franchise should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for how they steal peoples time and treat customers as if they are inconveniencing the staff. Absolutely appealing. There are other places to go. Please save yourself from this Taco Bell.

    I ordered a chipotle ranch chicken burrito and a small drink. Should've been $5 and some change so we'll round up to $6 for fun. This lady gave me my food but not my card. I pulled into a spot to scarf my burrito down, noting that she ignored my no red chips request. My friend asked me if I ever got my card back and I said oh **** no, so we drove back through. As I'm going through the drive-thru I noticed she charged me $10.70 and then tried to charge me again which took the last $3 and some change off my card which I had just earned. I did get the three and some change back since there wasn't enough to complete her transaction, but upon confronting her she told me I would get my money back soon. All of it. She never explained why she charged me extra for my order in the first place, if maybe it was the wrong order or what. Since then I have not received my $10.70 back, I've been calling for the manager to handle this everyday and I keep getting put off or told to call back, they even took my phone number and still refuse to call me back. Called up there today and they told me they're still too busy to talk to me, today is the 6th and I've been dealing with this since the 22nd of last month. That's 15 days. I'm about to just call and report them to the police.

    Ordered three Doritos Locos taco supreme and got these slim little regular tacos and still paid full price for taco supreme. This kind of stuff happens all the time in Taco Bell‘s. That’s why I avoid them. Usually I will say that the black beans and rice were very good and so was the root beer.

    I just moved back to this area. I have always loved Taco Bell, and I recently started working again in the area, and needed to pick up some tacos on the way to work. For three weeks in a row, the service has been horrible. The food is sloppy and dripping out of the poorly wrapped taco. I ask for no lettuce .... I get lettuce. I ask for supreme.... Get plain. The drive thru operator couldn't even give change back properly. The bill was $5.76 and I gave him $6.01. he have me $0.75 back. I notified him to try to help. If you ask for Fire sauce... You will get mild. 20 mins..for 2 cars. Come on!! This place should have stepped it game up since 20 yrs ago.. but...nope.. no more...good bye

    Really terrible service. They refuse to make any doordash orders and make drivers wait 30+ mins before telling them to go away. Food is always subpar for the price they want to charge. Very exciting the del taco is almost open right down street!

    I don't do a lot of reviews. So here goes. It's Tuesday evening 7:45 or so. I walked in whet to the counter guy at the drive though just looks at me and keep doing what he is doing. I'm just standing there he looks at me again and keeps doing what he is doing. After about 3 minutes of this he tells me to use the self service thing I tell him no. I don't use them anywhere. He go's to someone I can't see comes back and tells me I have to there is only 3 people working. I lost my temper for that I am sorry. I walk out after. I don't think anyone should have to use kiosk to order or pay for food.

    I ordered two soft taco supreme and I was standing at the counter and they only gave me one and they said no you only ordered one I said no I didn't I ordered two. I said just give me my money back I don't want them. I didn't touch them I didn't open them nothing like that. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager and that she didn't give a f u c k what I wanted

    Went through the drive-thru tried to order a $5 value box that was clearly on the menu and was told you couldn't order it because they don't serve that. I'm like it's on your menu your drive-thru menu why wouldn't you serve it we're not set up to serve that. So had to order something that we didn't want because we were stuck in the Drive-Thru cars in front cars and back, then we get the tacos and the shells taste stale though they look pleasing but when you bite into them The taste is not very pleasing will never ever come back. I can't read the atmosphere because they were doing construction and you can't go inside .

    Unfortunately, there was a repair crew inside the restaurant using very LOUD air guns, stapler, then they started using a jug saw n sander Dust was going all around the eating areas. Ridiculous. Do that when business is slow or better yet, closed!

    Insane lady taking drive thru orders. She supposedly 'doubles" my order by accident. I yell at the squakbox to complain. She gets irate that I raised my voice to her. Finally she admits she hit the wrong key and corrects it, BUT tells me I have no right to raise my voice to her. I explain she hasnt been understanding my order, obviously, so I have no choice but to get her attention. She says, "Fine, we will not accept your order" and tells me to back out of the drive-thru!!!!!!!!!!....refused to take order. THIS woman needs to be fired immediately.
