Is a great place, very safe and they are make new improvements everyday! It really is affordable housing that allows you to get back on your feet any problem or issue I've ever had it has been taken care of very promptly and professionally I have nothing but rave reviews. I highly recommend to anyone with children and anyone who's trying to get back on their feet! I wrote that review before getting evicted because THEY did NOT take responsibility for their electric problem! My BREAKER kept flipping causing my refrigerator to turn OFF and my food going bad 5 TIME'S! Never was i reimbursed for having to REPLACE ALL my food,or it being took off my rent. Im a single mother of 2 kids and dont have the luxury of replacing EVERYTHING 5 times in one month! I was TOLD that i needed to get renters insurance. The only problem with renters insurance is to make a claim you have to pay the deductible which has a minimum of $500 even though insurance is only 14 to $17 a month if you have to make a claim you must pay the deductible and you are only allowed to make two food claims in one year song the $500 that I would have to pay for renters insurance to make the claim would have replaced the groceries all five times. They said they are not responsible are reliable for replacing the food in which case if the refrigerator would have been bad it would have been my responsibility to replace the food but the refrigerator was fine it was their electricity that was the problem nothing to do with me I only had the refrigerator and the TV plugged in to the breaker and that kept flipping. And then they said when they replace it they put a bigger fuse in there now I was told you're not supposed to replace a fuse with a bigger fuse because that does not fix the problem and makes the problem worse. And then I had a leak am I stealing from the air conditioning above me they fix the air conditioning leak but did nothing about the water and damage in my apartment and because they re never replace the broken window that my apartment had when I moved from upstairs to downstairs the moisture that was getting in made the water damage turn to black mold in which made my kids and I sick for a month and a half before I even found out it was mold, so now that I am out me and my kids have been on multiple medications I lost my job because I had a spend two days in the hospital, and I have sent hours on top of hours and doctors offices trying to get everybody better.. I dont like to speak badly or Down a establishment but I never was late on any of my bills I paid cash a week ahead of when rent was due and it wasn't until they didn't take responsibility and I had to come out of pocket that I got behind, I reached out to every service there is for single mothers with pay notices and eviction warnings but there is no funding currently until February I am on the HUD waiting list and have been for a year but that does me no good at the moment so now I am living with family where me and my kids really do not want to be all because this establishment could not take responsibility for their wrongdoings. The sad part is the window guy had came out two times within the last month to replace windows but the they only replace those windows because the people in those rooms were at fault and had to pay $400 for it now because I am not at fault I can't get my window fixed there's a lot of unanswered questions and a lot of Shady Behavior everything is kind of made up as it goes. Robin's Apartments was good when I first moved in a year ago but as time went on like it does in every low-income neighborhood or apartment things go downhill fast you have drunk belligerent people all hours of the days and nights walking around saying absurd things you have people smoking pot with babies in their Apartments and they just turn a blank eye until something happens and it's an issue. I had to save a man's life 3 Doors Down from my apartment because he has serious health problems and smoked crack& took colanapins leaving me to do CPR until the ambulance got there in front of my kids!

I moved in recently so my experience is newer. Yes you pay $825 for a studio but it’s worth it especially for what area of FL you’re in and the rising costs of housing but I don’t have any issues. It can be loud at night but that’s normal for the area it’s in. Get a sleep mask and some fans- I don’t hear it very much and I’m a light sleeper. The parking is well lit and I don’t have any bad experiences with my neighbors or the management. As a bicyclist- I wish there was covered parking for the bikes (the back rack has lots of bikes there) and idk if the pool is gonna be open anytime soon but I love living here. You get what you pay for :) I’d rather pay for a small place rather than being homeless. I have yet to try the taco place but it’s highly raved

This place has been one of the largest headaches I’ve ever had in terms of dealing with a housing facility. The management is consistently rude, and will give you misinformation to waste your time. Their system is greedy, abusive, and overall uncaring about peoples personal situation’s. The noise is unbearable, there is mold, growing in every wall, they will not allow tenants to purchase their own Wi-Fi. They will lose your personal information on a consistent basis and claim that it’s not their responsibility, nor will they give you the time of day to deal with any kind of problems. They paint themselves as housing for people who are having a difficult time in life, but in reality they cause more difficulty and stress. To those in an unfortunate situation, do not move in to this complex unless it’s your absolute last resort.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I thought it was a good inexpensive place to try out living in Florida. All those tenants in there and I hardly saw anyone. Very quiet place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds are very clean. I wish they had the pool open but the beach is like 20 minutes away.

I called and left a message to inquire about an apartment, took them a week to call me back. I started to explain our situation to see if it would be a good fit. As I was saying that we were contractors relocating from Missouri SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I was about to say we would pay for the lease in its entirety. Now that I read reviews It’s a blessing. Seems dirty and unprofessional.

This is a good place to live for a single person it’s a bit tight for a couple. If you’re a college student or someone starting to live off on your on this is the place. I had a 6month lease and all six months were great. Staff is attentive and always willing to help out. Highly recommend laundry on sight great restaurant too it’s right there if you’re not really looking to drive around. The amenities are alright the pool looks nice yet never went in .
