Manager Latora is very helpful and understanding and makes sure she gets things done when you need it. Also in maintenance, JOHN IS AMAZING. He goes above and beyond even if it pushes past the time he gets off, he gets it done. I ride past him and he is so pleasant and always making sure the residents are taken care of. I highly recommend to live here. The whole staff is compassionate :)

Horrible staffing. Latoya is a horrible upper manager with no etiquette or manners towards others. She is very rude. As well as kind to one race and not another. They by no means try to help people just get over on them. They do shady things in the office that are against the rules! They let the apartments get run down without fixing anything. Maintenance issues can be months. I have been waiting on my front door to be fixed for over three months now. They do not care if there are pest issues or concerns they won’t address the problem. They do not value their residents. They make you uncomfortable. They need a whole new staffing system. The only people that made the place any good and helped are the ones that have quit because they were treated poorly. Highmark needs to address all the issues.

I would love you shout out our new maintenance guy John! I asked for his assistance with my water heater and he went above and beyond. He educated me on what he was doing and about the water heater! These are thing I will have to consider in the future! He was very nice and did all he could to assist. He even came back to make sure my family and I at least had warm water to shower with until the issue can be resolved. His kind gesture meant a lot and will shape our community here at Venue. We need more of him out here! Thanks again John!

Affordable, clean, and quiet condo in a great location. I love living here and enjoy the amenities and the friendly staff. The neighbors are also nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nobody picks up the phone and there’s no way to push through the robot and talk to a person. So I tried to schedule a tour through the website. But the website doesn’t work at this time and said I should text them to schedule a tour. So I texted the number I was given… and was immediately redirected to the website. The website that said I could book a tour through text message because the website doesn’t work. It’s a customer disservice feedback loop. Is there just no availability? Or is the place out of business?

The Venue at Lockwood has been the best complex I have stayed in in a very long time. The front office staff is amazing, very friendly and welcoming since day one. My family and I enjoy living here and we greatly appreciate the excellent level of service provided by all of the employees here.

I've been here since 2021. Can we just show some love to Latora💜 who has been holding down the fort throughout the changes at Venue. Also, in September I put in a ticket because my kitchen light was out. Maintenance promptly came through like superheroes and not only tended to the kitchen light ( have you guys seen that kitchen light?), but also fixed the foyer area light switch that has been "strobing" like a night-club due to a connection issue since April. However, the Maintenance guys before did not see an issue 🤷🏾‍♀️. Well, these two who have been here for a few months tagged teamed and got it done. Thanks to them, I no longer feel like I'm at a rave when turning on the lights. All in all, it's a great place to live. I say, have patience with the trash compactor and please stop parking garbage bags in front of the door to the compactor. Also, we may need the tow trucks to come back around because our parking is being taken over by non-residents. 🙃😊

I recommend and give a 5 stars to this lovely apartment I am proud to call my new home. The manager Latora is excellent and her staff works extremely hard to make the absolute best living experience for my family and myself and also the other residents as well.
