Ordered 2 large pizzas with extra sauce. Wait time was estimated 50-60 minutes. Waited over an hour…. Pizza got delivered and was not warm and had no sauce. Called to get another order sent out, the person that answered the phone said it would now be an hour and a half. Disappointing and the manager was not helpful as well. Waiting 2 and a half hours for pizza they messed up. No thanks. Customer service and management were terrible. Could have been an easy fix

PIZZA HUT 1st st. Update: ordered again tonight and again amazed at the very fast delivery under 20 min. Food was excellent and hot. App is a little temperamental but got signed in than fine. Original review from 2 weeks ago: Food was hot and tasted good. Delivery was lightening fast! App worked fine except i needed to order as guest because i forgot my password and I never recieved the email to reset password. Checked trash and spam. Overall though i was very happy with my experience.

Pizza never showed up, called and the person answering the phone was very rude. Kept asking well what do you want me to do about it, while people were laughing in the background…. Don’t order here, last time we ordered our pizza was folded over from falling in the delivery drivers car and was undercooked….. only reason I tried here again was because I had a free pizza coupon from the last order they messed up…

it seems that my store has solved their driver shortage. the pizza was tasty, it seems to me that they are really putting extra cheese one the last 2 pizzas ordered.

Whenever I order the food delivery is fast pizza is always hot if the order gets messed up the store always corrects it either by credit or re deliver

The manager cares at this place.. the drivers are friendly and quick. If something is wrong, they make it right. Love this particular hut and I am glad I am so close! YUM

Wanted to leave a review online through your website but unfortunately there's some sort of a glitch that won't let me surpass the city even though I've entered it. I wanted to let you know that Jason at this location did a superb job preparing are picky families food. He deserves a raise just for his customer relations skills let alone his food making skills. All the staff is very friendly at this location but I wanted to let you know that Jason is one of your shining employees I wouldn't let this one go we usually order under the name of Francis k.

Nick and Cat( Kat) was AWESOME!!! Great Customer Service and Professional. My granddaughter's personal pan pizza was so good !!!! I recommend EVERYONE to this location.

order from this place they forgot my 2nd pizza and drink and got nasty with me when i asked to have it redelivered they just wanted to tell me ohh well we will credit you later terrible place.

Door dasher forgot my 2liter so I asked to have them give it to me next time I order and the guy was SO nice! I wish I knew his name to thank him for what he did! Made our night!

Food was great, really fresh, hot and delicious. We picked it up in about 15 min. We chose two large 3 topping pizzas for $10.99 ea. And used our points to add bread sticks. There was plenty of food for our 4 family members. Pizza Hut always delivers the best pizza & We'll keep ordering it as long as they do.

Not happy with this last order I ordered from Pizza hut. I tried out the New Pizza hut melt.. Well the portion size was very small. I feel like I just paid $24.00 for a few slices of pizza... And the top crust on it was kinda burnt... Just sucks!

THE BEST PIZZA STORE OUT THERE!! The only pizza place I order from; I am there five times a week. I am that happy customer. They are excellent employees with great service. Another best part is they stay open till midnight. I play soccer, and the lastest place open near is PIZZA HUT!! They have great deals ❤️! I recommend this place for more than 5 stars!!

Just picked up a Detroit from pizza hut on 1st street. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. It didn't even look good or tast good either. Very disappointed

This is the MOST disgusting business operation I have ever witnessed. Do NOT order anything from this restaurant. Especially for delivery. They will not deliver food to you, but they will say the food has been delivered (even though it wasn’t). When you call to right the situation. They will keep you on phone for over an hour transferring you. THEN tell you they can’t give you your money back for food you never received without the “request” going through “upper management “ and then you “might” be reimbursed in 3-5 days. In the meantime you STILL HAVE NO FOOD. The manager, John, will tell you there is nothing he can do. Then hang up on you. Order somewhere else if you want to eat. Not if you want to buy food you’ll never see

The pizza was hot and good. However the cinnabon that they sell are NOT cinnabons. They are thin and not thick like the tradional and Pizza hut uses glaze icing instead of the cream cheese icing. Very dissapointed!

Two hour wait and an ice cold pizza. no Buffalo sauce on the wings which were DRY!! Will be calling the manager tomorrow or headquarters due to the fact this location doesn’t answer calls past 1030 pm

High marks on the current order. Big Dinner box, 2 custom medium pizza, bread sticks, chicken, a side of pasta, 4 20 Oz. Bottled sodas, and 2 sides of seasoned fries. Every the was ready at the time of pick-up and remained hot and tasty until the main the journey home. The restaurant was not crowded. But the location was busy with preparation considering it was peak Dinner time at 6 o'clock. The staff was will to accommodate a last minute change while pick-up at the counter. Definitely will continue to consider this location as a future option for take out pizza in the future.
