You know when you walk into a fast food place and no one greets you and then when you ask to speak to a manager and you get the shift GM walks out and treats me like a non- paying customer that doesn't matter to the company. The pizza was made by someone whom doesn't want to be there the. All the food was trash it resembled a zombie. Pizza with absolutely no life. I recommend nothing from this place. I want a full refund $29. 47 thanks in advance

Just avoid this location and go to Cortez, they can NEVER get an order right. And then when you take it back to get corrected they beat you mad. I appreciate my refund but this location defiantly needs some upper management help because the employees that run this place just don't care. If I'm paying for something I expect it to be correct or atleast communicated if they can't provide what I ordered instead of just giving me what they want me to have. Will NEVER go back to this trashy location.

Place has bums sitting outside the front doors holding signs asking for food and money . Also this location has groups of homeless behind the building doing drugs . They were doing heroin and smoking crack right behind the store . Back door was open as well looked like the employee was out there with them . This place needs to be investigated. Door was wide open letting bugs in the door . As they were heating there spoons up . Has to be something done about this place .. all around bad environment... STAY AWAY FROM IT !!!!

I will not be coming back. I've been coming here for years, but the last 3 times I've come, it's been like an HOUR wait for food I've ordered on the app. Today i ordered at 5:13pm, and didn't get my order until 6:11pm. It's literally just a cheese pizza and crazy combo. I'm watching people walk in and leave with their hot and ready orders, but my PREordered food is just now being started?! Also, they basically aren't using the little pizza machine that you type your number into, because one of the times I was waiting because my order wasn't in the machine, and they found it in the back instead. Most of the staff is nice, but this location is so disorganized, when I ordered pizza for my son and Olive Garden for me, my olive garden was ready first. They need some guidance... badly

This restaraunt has a filthy overflowing dumpster all the time..if they wd keep it locked it wd prevent a sad and dangerous problem that its causing by not lo king their dumpster... There are beautiful Curlew and Sand Hill Cranes that live off of bugs and frogs and rodents... So they constantly roost near their dumpster... The homeless public that also roost at the dumpster waiting. to eat what the restaraunt discards.. Must believe that the wild birds are in competition with them for pizza crust as they often attack the birds by throwing things at them ..some of them try to run up and kick the big sandhills..which many of them live a long time and move slow... Because they believe the birds are after the trash... They are not..they are after the rats and mice under the dumpster (which the rodents have prolly been poisoned by the restaraunts rodent boxes anyway) so either way..the birds lose. You would think little Ceasars would control this problem autonomously ..by simply keeping the dumpster locked. Wouldnt help the birds that eat the poisoned rodents...but in 4-5 years do many are killed in this way and by ignorant drivers..they will all be gone soon anyway... It is sad that this restaraunt doesnt do what it can to protect the customers that fall prey to the street people they attract eith their refuse as well as the wildlife...the way they are conducting their business here is a public nuisance an endangerment to public and protected species....dont take my word for it...park in optical outlet parking and watch it all unfold for yourself

I'd give a 0 star if possible. Besides the fact that their pizza is never "HOT N READY" like their motto, they messed up my order and said it wasn't their problem it was doordash as if doordash composed my order?? And when I asked for a refund, they told me I had to contact doordash when I ordered through their app, NOT doordash. Not to mention the rude manager, Will, who hung up the phone on me after I asked for his name because of the poor service. I had to call back on a different number because they kept ending my calls when I tried to get their names (Rose and Will), Overall HIGHLY not recommended. Food not sealed, bag not taped, nothing was secured to take precautions of COVID-19 or to ensure my order was together and untampered with. He even tried insisting the driver took my order but we wouldn't know because nothing was sealed, for all I know they opened and finger jacked everything. $60 messed up later, they will no longer receive a dime from me again. Oh, and if you do plan on eating from here anyways, WHATEVER YOU DO DONTTTT ORDER FROM THE APP OR ELSE "THEY CANT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE DOORDASH IS."

It took over an hour to get 3 pepperoni pizzas, we ordered online 20 min before getting there and when we got there the app said that my pizza was ready but the people said it would still take another 45 min to make. And the guy handing us the pizza had caca on his hands and in his nails it was gross!!

Don't order from this location especially if you're doing doordash, Uber, etc. this location is closer to me so I sometimes go here and everytime not matter if it's pick up or delivery it's always bad I've definitely learned my lesson and will be driving the extra few miles to get better service when I got my pizza, it looked like somebody ran it over with their car. Not to mention the pizza dough was so gooey it was completely undercooked. I had to throw the pizza away not to mention they always forget to give you the sauces that you pay almost 2 dollars for the Cortez location is way better. The people there are nice they're quick and they actually make the food correctly. I'll say this again don't go to the 14th. Location go to the Cortez location it's always better.

I ordered a stuff pepperoni pizza, and asked it to be cook good(I like the bottom of my pizza like toast) not burnt. 23.00 and I got home and the dough was still white not even cooked. Last time I go their on 14th. Next time I will go to a brick oven restaurant, much better.

Always ready on time, quick in-and-out for some pizza! One note, your sauce will NOT be in the pizza portal, every other one I've been to has included the sauces in the portal, here they claim it'll melt the containers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ordered the fancieroni yesterday and when I opened it it had like 20 pepperoni on it. Showed it to the manager and asked him I thought it was suppose to be over 100 pepperoni on it and he told me that they don't count everyone they put on the pizza. Turned around and walked away. WOW. GOING TO CORTEZ STORE.

Deep pan pizza was good. Cost of M&M brownie was out rigorous for a non cooked dough size of a candy bar. Had to remind person behind counter what all was with order after waiting 20 mins. Outside activités was something guy bumming had so much make up on .. Wowwee... Asking for $$ very interesting for $35 😂

The last 3 times I ordered pizza here I ordered 1 regular pepperoni and 1 extramost bestest pepperoni. And each time they have the exact same amount of pepperoni. 20 pepperonis on both pizzas every single time. Do not waste the extra 2 dollars for the extra pepperoni.

My baby daddy and I went to get some pizza at little caesars and the food was disgusting we had pepperoni it was cold and soggy the cheese was melting and it was so gross smh I wouldn’t recommended this place.

If you order from this location best to do from the app have repeatedly been having orders messed up in person. Writing down the orders dont work either they wont look and will still mess up. When ordered today verified how many and which one they didnt even get the number of pizza right. 2 was completely wrong. Pizza that was correct tasted good.

Terrible. Waited over an hour for a delivery in which door dash said the driver showed up and the order wasn't there. Almost an hour and a half and they couldn't even call. We'll not be ordering from here again. Don't order delivery. Start away

Worst experience. Hot and ready is a joke. Waited close to an hour in the parking lot for 2 pizzas on the first poor experience. About a year later, decided to give it another chance because it is close to my house. We wanted Italian cheesy bread, and they said they had none and refused to make any more. The store was open for another 4 hours. How the heck does a pizza shop make money when they refuse to make pizza for their customers.

Terrible experience, cashier flirting with a guy outside constantly leaving her post, asking random customers to go and deliver drinks to him out in his car. No change so they were just keeping left over change and giving no receipts

My kids love pizza and when they won't eat it they are in big trouble for the second time in a row date got my order wrong I ordered ahead but I still had to wait 45 minutes

Food is always good. Employees are not very knowledgeable about their products nor help with issues with the in app ordering and honoring the app price since there was a technical issue with the app. Other locations are probably decent but this isn't the one.

I go here when I need pizza NOW and getting to a 7-11 isn't possible. The pizza still has little flavor. I'll keep trying on occasion with hopes they find a new recipe.

They use canned mushrooms, and at this location, no Italian sausage, no thin crust dough on a Saturday night at 9:00 the manager should be reviewed. Several options in this area. I want be back. $2.00 more and I get pizza hut with better ingredients.

Food is good. They don't update the tracking enough. Last night I ordered through the app and when my pizza was placed in the portal they updated to put in oven.

I ordered a pie along with breadsticks & sauce, from Little Caesars on 14th St West in Bradenton Florida. I wanted delivery and it turns out they use door dash for this. We don't recommend them. The order was late & incomplete. The driver spoke very little English. He tried to claim he gave me the breadsticks & sauce...even argued about it, while it clearly wasn't there. The pizza was also cold! I called Little Caesars and they said they were out of the breadsticks. Now why wouldn't they have let me know this ahead of time?! They'd give me a cheese pizza in its place if I came to pick it up! I've just had cancer surgery which is why delivery was needed! It took 3 messages to the 800# the manager gave me to call to get a measly credit..The whole order should've been credited after all of this headache! You see...it was "door dash" so the store location couldn't do anything about it! Is this their way of not being held responsible for order screw ups?! I don't recommend this store!!! Good bye Caesars!!! 😡
