Just went to order in the drive thru, the person who took my order said. “Wendy’s” instead of the usual welcome greeting and sounded annoyed. But whatever I make my order and don’t even get told a total or to go whatever window. I go to the First window and this girl is more miserable than the guy who took my order. Doesn’t even say a word to me, NOT ONE! I said can you take Apple Pay and she rolls her eyes and huffs. Just a miserable nasty employee and experience for me. Then I go to the next window to get my food and maybe it’s the guy who took my order but of course idk that but he also is miserable and doesn’t say anything to me either. Miserable people, horrible experience. Greet people and welcome them, management has a lot of TRAINING and WORK to do with those employees. Good luck.

If you want extra protein in your burgers, come to this Wendy’s. If not avoid it at ALL cost. I immediately spit out the bite I took when I saw what was on the lettuce. I am disgusted and traumatized.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The salad was extremely watery! They did not have ceaser dressing (no big deal) but I ordered it as a combo and sadly it was not edible.

Spicy Nuggets was disgusting, I don't know if they were old or not cooked enough. 🤢 I bought it tonight for a quick meal and was surprised because they hardly ever let me down. Guess I'll stick to the days IF I eat here again because the night crew must be exhausted. I had been coming here from the moment I moved to SB. They use to be delicious, I don't know what happened after Covid hit.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to but it’s closest to me. Nuggets taste/texture is always off. Bit into a wet nugget 🤮HOW?? Not eating that… waste of $$ The Wendy’s on Livingston ave is much better, I guess I’ll have to make the drive there instead now.

I just can't understand it. This Wendy's has the most unpleasant staff and absolute worst service. Both Burger and Mc Donald's are right down the street from you. And still you hire the worst staff ever. If my biggest competitors where right down the street from me, I would have my staff on point. You realize the gyro place that you share a parking lot with has the best food and most friendliest staff you will ever meet

I have no idea when they actually open, but both the website and the app say 6:30 am. I placed an order on the app, went there and they were closed. It was 6:48 and doors were locked and the drive-thru had an auto message that said "sorry we are closed". I was able to log back into the app and cancel my order but it is still showing as pending on my visa. I had to call the credit card company and explain the situation and they were able to cancel it. Very frustrating.

Great place, management was professional. I had an order that was incorrect, where I asked for a doublestack with no cheese and no bun due to a food allergy. We received the doublestack with no bun, but there was cheese on it. We called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty and he was very professional about the situation and asked for us to come back when we could to receive the correct order at no charge, and he asked for us to keep the incorrect order. We returned later that day and were able to retrieve what was promised.

I do not have one bad thing to say ,place was clean, food was good, people were nice.

A cozy casual restaurant with fresh old fashion hamburgers, chicken sandwiches plus salads and wraps. My favorite chili, made with kidney beans, onions, chilis, bell peppers, tomatoes with Wendy's special seasoning. Baked potato or hand cut golden fries with sea salt A good assortment of drinks with healthy choices. Can't forget the frostys, just one of many desert options! Eat inside, drive thru or order through the doordash app,! Location is easy access on route 1, plenty of parking spaces ..wheelchair accessible, friendly service, exceptionally clean all for great prices!

Clean location!!! From the four times I've gone here, I can say that the employees are always nice and food always tastes good :) Thank you guys <3

Wendy's food is always good it's definitely a classic experience when i eat there, it's almost like I'm going back to my childhood when i eat there.
