So… got my hair straightened. And the lady was obviously not trained on how to do hair! Rather than blow drying the whole head and then straightening, she did both to each strand as the rest of my head stayed soaking wet. Not happy with the treatment I still paid, left a tip, and left. My hair was puffy and she noted my ends were gonna stay puffy because my hair was thick. Not even 10 minutes later,- walking out to my car, my hair turned even worse. It looks like I attempted to do it on my own at home rather than paying a professional salon. I had to go to another salon down the street, LOTUS SPA AND SALON, and there they told me the technique and tools being used are wrong and cheap and she laid my hair as it should’ve been. Sleek. I’m very disappointed I paid to get my hair done here.

I used to come here consistently for salon and beauty services but my results have been inconsistent as of lately. I tried to be a loyal client, however i cannot deal with the inconsistencies. Also, when i first started coming, the owners did my services. About a year ago, they no longer do certain services and i find this odd. Anyways, won’t be coming back here. It’s a shame because i used to love this place.

My two friends and I came to get a haircut and blowout. Barbara did all three of ours and exceeded our expectations. Everyone who works there was so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

I had a very good previous experience with Gigi who did my eyebrow threading. Very satisfied on the way she did it. I came back and wanted her this time to cut my hair and surprisingly enough she also did a very awesome job! Very satisfied again! Now these are very good reasons why am coming back. Very good service! Thank you!

I have been going to this salon for a very long time, and truly love them! They are like family:) I have had haircuts, facial, henna treatment, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Anita is the one I go to, and her facials always give my face a new life and the massages are super relaxing! Certainly recommend this salon!

I got a haircut from parveen and I am so upset to say the least. I got a root touchup and haircut and I had specifically asked for my hair length to be below my shoulders. I did not want to look like a college kid. I was rushed after the cut and not even given a proper blow dry because another client was waiting. I didn't get the time or space to mentally process the haircut sincey hair was wet. But when I came home and looked properly my hair was above my shoulders and an uneven chop. I blow dried myself and my horror was when my baby girls and my haircut looked the same. I'm super disappointed I ever went there. Parveen is polite and tries hard to do a good job but fails to listen to the clients needs. I'm waiting to grow out my hair and will be oiling everyday in hopes it grows out fast. Save your time and Please go to a reputed place.

The salon is under new management but still has old staff. They did an excellent job with my hair. I love it! I wish I could post pictures but Samita Aunty did such a great job! And Anza does my eyebrows and she is awesome.

I really love to come this salon all the employee are really good I never had any complain about them
