    Used to come here a while back because it’s right next to my house, garbage. Came again one night, amazing omg super sweet barista with the bluest eyes ever. Other one gave me my keys. Couple days later, garbage, in the morning. This place will not change. Started working at Dunkin during my hiatus in coming here, when I came back, I realized they do so much stuff wrong. I blame the manager. Undercooked bacon, soggy sandwiches. Shuttle liners have probably not been changed ever. I wish I could of gone back there because lord safety violations. This franchise needs to be investigated Edit: just went back, manger in front of me put almond milk instead of oat milk in my order. Then proceeded to lie to me. I told him I saw him and it was okay lol. Just tell me your out next time. Lord, this place sucks

    I've been to my fair share of Dunkin Donuts, this was by far the most friendly customer service experience I've enjoyed at a Dunkin. The place was packed, but the cashiers were smiling and gracious, my order came out quickly and correctly. Went there several times during my weekend trip out east and was delighted every time. Bravo!

    W dunkin, manager is also W, and all the workers are W. All the bad reviews are cap cause everyone is so friendly and get orders out on time as best as they can. Come find out yourself if you believe otherwise.

    This is worst Dunkin location. This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant only to find out someone made it with bacon and I didn’t notice it till I ate some of it. I sure won’t be going back to this location.

    I had a different experience the wait time was long and the service wasn't the best. I was just at the Dunkin in Franklin Park and had a Great experience. It looked cleaner and the employees were on point.

    Workers finish orders on time and ACTUALLY MIX THE DRINKS so the sugar doesn't stay at the bottom. Best Dunkin in town from the looks of it.

    This is the worst DD in South Brunswick. They can't seem to make a coffee right, ever! When you have to send the same $4 drink back twice because it was made incorrectly, you know they probably spit in it so you spill it out anyway. Save yourself the aggravation and go to the DD on Georges Rd. They know how to make a coffee, unlike this apathetic place.

    I frequently visit this location for quick meals in between work hours. It’s usually great. More recently, they’ve hired some new people, young teenagers who could not possibly care less about food safety and excellent customer service. This evening, I walked in to the location after having placed my order 10 minutes prior. I ordered a few egg and cheese sandwiches and donuts. I walked in and was not greeted as the 2 employees and one non employee stood around the register laughing and fooling around. I was expecting my order to be ready, but nothing was on the counter. I informed them I was here to pickup. They laughed and said “we don’t have any donuts” to which I replied “okay, please refund that.” They refused to, said we cant. One employee offered to refund in the register while the other told him no. I was very frustrated at this point and asked them to make the rest of my order. The employee did, although incorrectly and with the eggs not even cooked all the way. So the 2 young boys did not help with a refund for the donuts they didn’t have, they didn’t make the rest of my order properly, and they also delayed me by not getting the order ready right when they saw it. No one else was in the store. Not a single order or person around for them to serve before me. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The only time my orders are correct and timely are with the morning staff. The one specific employee I have seen many times before calling and texting friends on the phone with his gloves on and using the same gloves to prepare food, both mine and others’. Can we take food service seriously? It’s not a joke. Hoping for a change. Management needs serious help choosing employees. This location is ridiculous.

    Mostly for take out, this location is petite. The staff are friendly and very responsive. I ordered through the Dunkin app during my last visit and when I got in they didn't have what I ordered. Not their fault as they don't manage the transactions in the app. The Dunkin app is great until something goes wrong with your order. The location will not cancel the order as they don't manage the app and you as a customer can't even cancel. You have to go through their app's unhelpful ai help system which forces you to a yes or no type of question and if you give the answer the ai is looking for it will hang up on you. Dunkin app management you have to fix this as you are literally stealing from your customers. Not everyone will have the time to go through your ai based customer service. I still didn't get a refund or response yet even though the ai said someone will get back to me.

    I've been here a few times recently, and several more over the past few years. All of the workers are friendly and very helpful. I used to like the strawberry coolata but it's tasted weird the past few times but i found my new favorite drink... the mango pineapple refresher with lemonade. It really hit the spot! They have about 4 tables inside and there's always been at least 1 available, it hasn't been super crowded or busy. There's close & easy parking

    Some of the products are not fresh like the products in other DDs and also the employees do not focus on the quality of their service because I ordered a medium coffee and vanilla cream donuts and I went to the pick up section the employee did not have an idea and the donut was not good. I realized that it was not because of any social differences, it seemed they were incapable.

    Worst business I’ve ever been to because of the individuals who work there. Walked in at 1:50 on a Sunday. No one was in line to order when I walked up. Girl at the register was on her phone. She looked up at me and then looked back at her phone and said nothing. Eventually a young man with curly hair came over. They started arguing loudly and he said “I hate you” to her. Then finally he looked at me and said “yes?” Not “hello” or “sorry about that” or “how may I help you?” Phone girl continues to scroll her phone. After I ordered, I stopped in the restroom. The bathroom is dirty with hairballs and empty cups on the floor - but the girl at the register can’t be bothered to get off her phone. I noticed she was on Instagram, not doing anything critical. Then, they went to sit on stools and scroll Instagram some more, rather than waiting by the register. When I went to grab my order, it was wrong. I ordered decaf and he made it regular. I pointed this out to the curly haired person. Instead of apologizing, he just raised his eyebrows at me. I just left the coffee there. After seeing two flies buzzing around and the awful service, I figure that the coffee is going to be abysmal anyway. I’d be fired if I acted like this. If these kids aspire to be anything more than Dunkin’ Donuts cashiers for a living, they need to get their acts together - fast. What a disappointment.

    Worst coffee ever. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee. It’s like hot water. Suggestion to management - don’t suck people’s money into your pockets . Provide them with a decent food and beverage.

    Not a great Dunkin anymore... :( This Dunkin USED to be the best--friendly, efficient and clean staff. Orders would be right & done in a timely manner. BUT the last time I was here, it looked like the entire staff was new and they had no sort of rhythm. I had ordered in advance (15+ mins) and still had to wait another 10mins at the location. It was a mess, the guy in charge of making the food didn't even know about all the food in the order and then they were rush making everything. The flavor & quality of the food suffered with all that anxious energy they put into it. Never again... disappointed I'll need another Dunkin.

    It's not the fastest Dunkin I've ever been to. The young, inexperienced crew was slow and messed my order up. However, one of the young crew members made it right without issue and made me feel better about the shortcomings. Overall all, B rated Dunkin. No drive-through lowers its score.

    The ordered a bacon egg and cheese for me and bagel for fiancé. The girl at the register seemed annoyed at the world even after me saying hello, she proceeded to go back to her phone and look at phone, she treated most of the customers with such disrespect. The food we ate was poorly prepared , honestly if you’re thinking of going to Dunkin , avoid this particular one.

    Came into this location just now (7:20 am) walked up to the register and the young lady at the register thought it was more important to continue her “social” conversation with her co-workers before taking my order. No apology. No “good morning.” I realize we are still in a labor shortage, but c’mon. Maybe you can do a better job training these young people. Been coming here awhile now but doubt I’ll come back.

    Worst customer service in the entire world. I did a mobile pick up and 20 minutes later I go in it’s not even on the counter. I see an employee sweeping the back while one’s taking an order at the register. I see my receipt sitting on the counter at mobile pick up. I ask the gentleman at the register AFTER he was done taking the customers order and said “I have a mobile pick up, it’s been 20 minutes.” He says “I have to wait” and proceeds doing the customers order he just took. I then say “are you serious this is the whole reason why I do mobile pick up?!” He then try’s to explain himself when all I wanted was for him to make the drink. Like Why isn’t the other employee making it? Why is my receipt printed but they couldn’t make the drink? I cursed this employee out because it was by far the rudest, untimely and uncaring way to handle a customer who has a pick up order. I will never go to this location ever, again.

    I can not believe that there was no body in the line and I order online and they gave the incorrect order. They told me they did not read the order. (Plain mini stuffed bagel) the third time that I order from the app and they gave me something different. The services is so bad. The waiting without client are to long. The employes are fighting in front of customers.

    The guy working figured out for us why the lock on the lid completely detaches and came up with a scientific explanation about the air chamber. 5 stars. Great service
