I
frequently
visit
this
location
for
quick
meals
in
between
work
hours.
It’s
usually
great.
More
recently,
they’ve
hired
some
new
people,
young
teenagers
who
could
not
possibly
care
less
about
food
safety
and
excellent
customer
service.
This
evening,
I
walked
in
to
the
location
after
having
placed
my
order
10
minutes
prior.
I
ordered
a
few
egg
and
cheese
sandwiches
and
donuts.
I
walked
in
and
was
not
greeted
as
the
2
employees
and
one
non
employee
stood
around
the
register
laughing
and
fooling
around.
I
was
expecting
my
order
to
be
ready,
but
nothing
was
on
the
counter.
I
informed
them
I
was
here
to
pickup.
They
laughed
and
said
“we
don’t
have
any
donuts”
to
which
I
replied
“okay,
please
refund
that.”
They
refused
to,
said
we
cant.
One
employee
offered
to
refund
in
the
register
while
the
other
told
him
no.
I
was
very
frustrated
at
this
point
and
asked
them
to
make
the
rest
of
my
order.
The
employee
did,
although
incorrectly
and
with
the
eggs
not
even
cooked
all
the
way.
So
the
2
young
boys
did
not
help
with
a
refund
for
the
donuts
they
didn’t
have,
they
didn’t
make
the
rest
of
my
order
properly,
and
they
also
delayed
me
by
not
getting
the
order
ready
right
when
they
saw
it.
No
one
else
was
in
the
store.
Not
a
single
order
or
person
around
for
them
to
serve
before
me.
I
am
extremely
disappointed
and
frustrated.
The
only
time
my
orders
are
correct
and
timely
are
with
the
morning
staff.
The
one
specific
employee
I
have
seen
many
times
before
calling
and
texting
friends
on
the
phone
with
his
gloves
on
and
using
the
same
gloves
to
prepare
food,
both
mine
and
others’.
Can
we
take
food
service
seriously?
It’s
not
a
joke.
Hoping
for
a
change.
Management
needs
serious
help
choosing
employees.
This
location
is
ridiculous.
