Lot of equipment in a small space, 24 treadmills, 24 ellipticals, And six bikes. Meets the standards of the average planet fitness with nice staff and clean faculties. The men’s locker room is however the smallest I’ve seen at any planet fitness. The facility would feel claustrophobic if I went when it was busy.

I have to agree with a lot of these reviews. 1. Turn up the music (you can hardly hear it). Unlike other PF locations where they have it bumping. 2. Get a stair stepper or two in this location. There is room. 3. STOP replying talk to the manager because obviously it isn’t working! I will say , I’ve been to this location several times and they have slightly approved on their cleaning skills. The current atmosphere is kinda sad and drab. It has nothing to do with the location (building) but mainly the employees and how sad the look to be here.

I have been coming here for years. I always appreciate the environment & enthusiasm. I recently I went in a snow storm and got stuck. Well the assistant manager on duty (Alexis) wouldnt let that happen. She walked me to my car.. shoveling a path for me. Then she continued to shovel me out!! All with a glamorous and warming smile. In an industry where customer service is limited, I give this gym a solid 5.

For the most part working out there was fine. Until one of their employees called me racial slurs and a female dog for assuming I was talking to my friend about him. That was very inappropriate, discriminating, and childish. We exchanged some words because of the racial slurs that was thrown at me. A friend of mine that also worked there later told me that that particular worker send his apologies regarding what happened so I did not think about reporting the issue. The very next morning I checked my email and it said that he had canceled my membership. At that moment I called PF and they told me to give a call to the Essex PF to talk to the manager. I explained everything to him and he said he would get back to me in a couple of days which never happened. So I am very disappointed this is happening in 2023 and that no one considered taking this issue serious.

Was a member in another state. This location is smaller but it's a place to work out and gets some cardio. It's not a night club. It's not fancy and it's no frills but it's enough to do what you came for and leave. From my prior perspective it wasn't to crowded for the start of the year when everyone for a short time wants to lose weight. It gets better as the year goes!

Machines are too close together, the numbers on the weight plates are rubbing off, no one wipes down after themselves, front desk is condescending, there are no stair masters, and there is no water bottle fountains to fit nalgenes and none of the cardio machines can hold more than a plastic polar spring water bottle. Unimpressed to say the least.

Staff is always friendly and helpful… BUT The machines have been broken for way too long!!! Not fair to the member who use those machines on a regular basis!

There's an employee that lives outside the door and his white Volvo door is wide open hood up, and when hes not in the volvo, his dog and him is inside at the counter. Dogs is like tied up dog bowls around. Very surprising for a fit planet fitness.

One of the best gyms to get a membership with. They're cheaper than the local gyms and offer a lot of perks with it too. They have a lot of cardio equipment and machines to work on muscles on top of their selection of weights. It can get busy, but everyone including the guests are super friendly. My only downside is no Stair Master machine but it's a personal preference.

I had been searching EVERYWHERE for a GOOD place to tan in the Burlington area...the places were waaayyyyyy too expensive and the beds were not hot enough. A co-worker of mine suggested Planet Fitness! Duh!! I totally forgot about them, used them back home for a bit. What a great deal!! You can tan every day AND workout for $25/month....can't beat the price and the beds are freaking awesome!! Very happy camper lol

For my first visit in this state, not too shabby. Closing training procedures for staff could maybe use a brush up though. I have only seen today, too. Very nice over all and felt like my home gym. Something for everyone. In a very convenient location for me too. Maybe relocate to Dorset St in the far future?

I used this facility on 9/21/23. Traveling a lot I’ve become accustomed to planet fitness being a clien place I can work out and shower. I was beyond disappointed at how dirty this place is. The floors in the women’s locker room looked like they hadn’t been mopped in over a month with all the corners and edges full of grime. The shower curtain had mildew and mold all up and down the creases. Other locations have staff going around cleaning machines. This location had three guys hanging out at the desk chatting. The location has the potential to be a nice little gym, but unless they do some cleaning they’ll never get there.

Great equipment, lots to do, clean. I use PFs all over the country. Love them.
