The lady was rude, and my nails looked terrible. After waiting an hour, they still weren't drying. The lady said that was my fault. I asked her to take the polish off as it was clumped and had several chips. I then asked for a refund, and she said she would not give me money back. This photo is what I left with. It costs $40, and I'm going to graduate with ugly nails. DON'T GO HERE!

I will never go back to the nail boutique ever again. The chairs are broken they don’t work. The person that was doing my nails smudged one of my nails and didn’t fix it. They were chatting to each other the whole time didn’t even try to talk to me. They sat me at the nail drying station and after 30 minutes of waiting they didn’t even check up on me to see if my nails were dry. I wanted to take my mom there to get our nails done because it was her birthday and it was her first time ever going there and she hated it.

Did my nails here yesterday and the service was terrible. I asked the nail tech to remove the nail polish she smeared on my skin and she told me to wash my hands and remove it myself. The nail polish on one of my fingers is already coming undone. The staff also laughs at customers in their native language.

Very unhappy with the service. The nail technician rushed through the whole process and did a terrible job. My nail polish was smudged, and there is polish all over my finger tips. When I asked to fix the shape of one of my nails he was very upset. My nails look awful. I don’t understand why he rushed so fast, especially because the place was empty and he sat and played on his phone in a massage chair while my nails dried. Do not spend your money here.

Went for a pedicure. The lady was very rude when I asked for help matching a color. The water was cold, and after 15 minutes she realized it, and then made it so hot it burned my feet. She cut my toe so badly that I bled for the duration of the pedicure, and said it was my fault because I hadn't waited enough time between pedicures. My toe nails were rough and uneven. Worst pedicure of my life, and now my toe is infected. So disgusted!

I just wanted white nails. I said no to gel and got a ratchet two tone nail job. giving 2 stars because my stepdaughters nails looked great (different person ) was so excited to get these done for my very first cruise :( !

My first time here and they were Friendly and accommodating. I showed them a picture and she almost perfectly duplicated it. I got right in on a Monday night. Reasonable prices. I will definitely go again when I’m in Burlington. 😁. Happy customer!

I am love with this nail salon. They are amazing and I've been here already 5 times. They all do decent work. Super sweet and always friendly. The price is amazing.
