Location is right on the high street of Barking so can’t be missed. Not a very big place so limited in the number of people that can be hosted. There’s a bit of parking available on the side street and parking is free from about 7pm. I had the grilled fish on my two visits and I can vouch that it’s one of the best ever from all the places I’ve visited. It’s a bit pricey at £30 but worth the taste experience. It’s better to order ahead as it takes some time to prepare. They have other African meals available and service is quite pleasant.

The fish is out of this world, 2nd to bar none especially in the South East and London environs!!!! The seafood okra, Infact eating is believing!!! You've got to eat it to believe it, then step down with palm wine, my goodness!!!! Very neat and tidy as well, a very well run family business and they are very kind and nice people as well I didn't eat anything else outside of these two meals, so I can't comment on them but my kids really enjoyed the jollof rice and assorted beaf/chicken

Nice meal....This is another visit of many. I usually visit this restaurant whenever I'm in London and on this occasion, with family. The food quality remain same - Quality and excellence! The grilled fish and yam chips are spot on. We shall come again! Amazingly, the environment has been improved so well, with a lot of face-lift compare to what it used to be. The customer service is always great 👍

Ordered jollof rice that tasted like it was cooked in some sort of disinfectant sauce. Tasted off and very chemically. Not worth the £7.50 as I was not able to eat this. Unsure if there is a new chef because I had jollof from here when they first opened and it was delicious… stick to normal recipe please. Nobody wants to feel like they are eating disinfectant products. Won’t be returning in a hurry

This spot was amazing. I didn’t eat in but ordered takeaway while i was in london about 3x. The seafood okro, ofe nsala, and catfish peppersoup were amazing and memorable.

Very clean and cozy atmosphere top with the best African food I have even tried in London. My fav east London restaurant hands down!

OK, OK, hear me out on this one. You will leave this place with a love /hate relationship. Lovely restaurant with staff on point. The food took 1 hour to arrive, as we were told it was being cooked from fresh. As compensation, we were offered fried meat, which, although it was tasty, came with clumps of fat that were not appealing at all. Upon arrival, the food was nice, fresh, and flavoursome. Intact is one of the nicest jollof rice I've had in a long time. They also removed the drinks from the bill for the long wait. Waiter super attentive. He knew I was hot, so he put on air conditioning. When he saw me wrap my shawl around my shoulders, he immediately turned it off. I would go there again.

Big five stars! Best place for exotic African dishes! Trust me you won't be disappointed! Very tasty meals! Roast and grilled fish with plantain and yam with pepper sauce! No regrets!

Small and effective space. Tasty and large meals. I particularly enjoyed the grilled croaker fish. There is a bit of wait time as meals are freshly made.

Such a wonderful experience and warm atmosphere. Food was phenomenal 😋. Service was excellent 👌 and music 🎶 was so great. 100/10 I will rate the place. I order seafood okra, suya, and the best juicy prawns with sauce. Don't forget the grilled fish which was take away 😋 too yummiest. Food just tastes so neat . A place to visit

Really tasty meals but food takes forever to be out

The jollof was super delicious and also the seafood Okra was very tasty and mind blowing. I will definitely revisit thos restaurant.
