Needed my husbands medic alert necklace repaired as it had broken whilst we were on holiday. Dropped in on the off chance to see if the gentleman was able to fix it. He took the necklace and repaired it while we waited! What a lovely gentleman. Highly recommend this little jewellery shop!

First class service. I found this service doing a google search for a local watch repair. I have a very personal watch I have had for 30+ years and it hasnt worked for about 6-8 years due to battery. "AVOID AT ALL COST"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very nice woman.......at first. A diamond fell out of my ring, took it to Love Jewellers in Welling Kent and spent 30mins with jeweller discussing the best way forward. A new diamond was put in and I paid £120(which was reasonable)and I was pleased with it, UNTIL a couple days later I noticed the diamond was missing. Took it back and was told "I must of knocked ring and WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OUR REPAIRS".

Fast and efficient! Came in because my necklace chain broke and it was fixed within 30 mins for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service too!
