Booked a Combination Massage and would highly recommend to anyone looking to book. They take good care of you and make sure you get the right treatment you require. At first I was skeptical because of all 5 star reviews (thought they might be fake) but upon actually going I now understand why everyone has given 5 stars. Would definitely recommend to anyone

My partner and I had a couples massage here for valentines and it was UNREAL. It was my first ever time at a massage spa and we were welcomed by friendly staff. The variety of deep tissue massages, hot stones and even aromatherapy was lovely! The atmosphere was so relaxing that my partner fell asleep near the end of the session haha

Incredible tailored massage. From the moment I arrived it was clear that this would be a super massage. Warm oil, fluffy warm towels, hot stones. My extremely skilled therapist fixed my multiple soft tissue issues around my recent surgery and a number of niggles from running. I feel better than I have in months!

The best massages me and my partner have ever had, been back several times and each time it’s just been incredible - the most relaxing experience with the perfect combination of stretching, relaxing massage and hot stones. Takes you to a whole new level of bliss. Worth every penny.

Went there first time the other day, and first time for a massage and was amazing! The room and music and staff was great, person doing the massage really knew what they was doing and took only a few moments to already be fully relaxed! Also they ask how soft or hard to go which is great and I got medium and was perfect, was hard enough to help my muscle and joints, but soft enough to make me relax!

She was attentive to all areas mentioned & worked her magic in helping relieve tightness/tension built up in neck, legs and back area. My wife and I had a couple's massage here and it was fantastic. The masseuses were skilled and attentive, providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience. We left feeling refreshed and without any stiffness. We'll definitely be going back soon. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a couples massage on 2nd January and we both had a wonderful massage where the pressure applied was exactly how we had asked mine was firm while my wife had a mild firm massage to help us release some knots. My massage therapist really found some of the spots that had been causing me some issues mainly in the shoulder lower back and calf area. We are definitely going to be booking further services from their extensive range of therapies. The spa was well maintained and welcoming

I had a 2 hour combination massage this morning with Wan. She found parts of me I hadn’t realised needed attention, stretching and de stressing. Wan used a variety of techniques including hot stones to relieve all the built up tension in my body. I came out feeling great. Well worth booking 2 hours! Fully recommend.

Love this place. I come very regularly as I suffer from migraine and anxiety. Best massage treatment I’ve ever had - and I’ve had quite a few! Highly recommend - especially if you suffer with shoulder and neck tension.

We came to Sutton (London) for a few days as a family break. Decided to have a full body massage. Check the reviews of Jansee Health Spa. Prices were reasonable. We arrived at the shop greeted with a warm welcome. Had a wonderful 1 hour full body massage by professional friendly masseuses. We each had a room to ourselves. I had an hour deep tissue massage which I enjoyed the most out of all the other places I have been. Staff are professional and friendly. Massage included hot stones, stretching also the massage therapist standing on me 😂 they concentrated on the areas you need the most. While having the massage they don’t talk to you so much which is very good. (You don’t want to be answering questions while you’ve been squeezed about) Before your massage you get to fill a form where you can mention what you want, what pressure, if you like them to stretch you or not and what areas to concentrate. I will be returning back to Jansee health spa every month for a relaxing massage.

I booked my best friend in for a massage today and she said not only was the massage incredible, but the staff were amazing too! She’s totally blind and arrived on her own, which can obviously be quite anxiety inducing. The staff went above and beyond, could not do enough for her and were so kind, even helped her to her cab after. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Having experienced many full body deep tissue massages in the UK and abroad, I would have to say this was one of the best ever! The therapist was extremely attentive, identifying areas that needed greater attention and adapting accordingly. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be visiting again soon.

I love getting a massage here as the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I have had about 5 massages and they are always so relaxing, but manage to get rid of all the tension in my shoulders. I feel calm yet stretched when I leave! Very reasonable prices and you can usually get an appointment on the same day.

I had an amazing Thai massage on Monday; i have been suffering from a sore back and shoulders, the Thai massage was perfect and moved and cracked my body which was needed! The hot stones were also really lovely

Very dissatisfied and unhappy with the service and massage today. I had to walk out mid way through which I have never done but the therapist today was completely inexperienced I felt she had no idea what she was doing. I go to a spa to feel relaxed and de stressed. This visit had the opposite effect. I am not picky and I have had approx 20-30 Thai massages in total in the UK and Thailand-but have never felt the need to ask the therapist to stop after only 15 mins. Lady at reception was not inviting no smiles no greeting. She did not ask what massage we would like and seemed like they did not want us there. I had a massage here previously and it was fantastic very inviting friendly staff and was probably one of the best massage Iv had. Which is why I have returned. Not sure if they are under new management ? no apologies from the reception or therapists and I did feel VERY embarrassed. Collected refund and I am sad to say I would not return. Real shame considering how good they were on my first visit and they are very local to me. I will try cheam spa next time.

Had a fantastic deep tissue massage here today. Very professional and friendly team who know exactly what they’re doing. My tense shoulders were targeted with absolute skill. They really take care of you and gently communicate throughout to make sure the massage is hitting the right spot. I walked away feeling 2 inches taller and incredibly relaxed. Will definitely be making regular visits.

A really relaxing experience. A few weeks ago, I booked a massage here on a whim as I had been especially tense... it was so good that I booked another one for this week! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating: they take notes on all your preferences including focus areas and pressure etc and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, especially Lemon who was my masseuse. I left feeling the most relaxed I have in months!

From the moment I walked it was very professional. Was catered for from what I required to a drink, very friendly. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Upon going in for the massage the place was very clean top to bottom and the room also. The masseuse was so friendly and caring, asking of my needs for the appointment.
