Un-Professional Staff. My Testing done under Mediclaim (Star Health) but report did not handover to me at Fazir Bazar Branch. Staff had no idea, they only sitting in the reception and passing time

Vivek Vihar clinic Receptionist behave like they were working in un mannered organisation they have manner to tlk to patient and it’s seems that they don’t want to give you any information and they hang up the cl without listing what patient is asking specifically the female receptionist

most of time the behaviour of staffs is so rude. Also time for tests alloted to patients are never met. It always, my experience, that patients are kept waiting for no fault of their. Charges for tests are comparatively very competitive but then the way of services provided by concerned staff cannot be neglected. But then again few staffs like one Lakkhi Di by name is so friendly & supporting, then Mr. Mayank is also very friendly & responds calls very nicely. So such gestures keeps us to go there again. This 3 stars is just coz of those 2 mentioned names specially.

Staffs are very unprofessional.....my reports send not timely...blood collected person are very much rudely behavior....very worst experience.....any other diagnostics centre services are more better....

I would like to give -5 * if option was there. There is supposed to be a checkup from star health insurance which is in the mediclaim policy. We were given a slot, went there and had to return, such poor management due to no communication. Expensive than the other places as well. Had to go to nearby Parikkha diagnostic centre in return which is far cheaper and better.

Very bad experience with this center, staffs are not at all professional that's why most of us patients facing harassment my father has been prescribed for a MRI brain with contrast so giving all information including reports and prescription over their WhatsApp and they even confirmed the app, and when we reached there they said that this test can't be done as creatine is high, so they can clearly told it over phone and I asked them over phone also 5 times that is this done because creatine is high, they simply said yes yes just come, the test is not done this is very big harassment for us who taking an senior citizen aged patient

Very good diagnostic center in Howrah .All types Service are too good. Every staff are helpful and responsible on their job.
