I went there with my family to celebrate my parents' marriage anniversary, they provide an on the house cake to celebrate any special occasion, we got a mango fruit cake which was very tasty. The staff is very sweet, they sang and clapped hands for them which made them feel a little embarrassed but a lot more special, so really thank you for such hospitality. Now coming to the food, They have both veg and non veg options with a variety of food to choose from. I personally loved the cheese bread they served as a special dish that day and of course the desserts. My most favourite part of barbecue nation is their desserts section. The small, hot, soft, melting gulab jamun and chocolate tart.. are love.. 😍 Overall, a good place to hang out with friends and family.

Well nothing to say about Barbeque nation’s service. They are at the top of their game in terms of service. This was my first visit to the store after the corona induced two year gap, they have done away with the flag system, which they had to express your dissatisfaction over any food; instead, they are coming every 5-7 minutes and asking if everything is okay. I went there to celebrate, and they were spot on. As usually, they didn’t charge for the cake, didn’t accept any tips. Wish few restaurants would take cue from barbecue on so many points. Nothing to say about their starters or desserts; there are endless options and too yum. I tasted only chicken biriyani and Rajasthani kala maas, which were good in taste but could’ve been definitely better

I went for a buffet there on a Saturday. The service was extremely poor. They we just forcing you to have chicken items in starter and for fish and prawn you literally have to ask multiple times and wait for hours before they serve you with one stick of them. Also it felt like we are eating for free. They taste of the food wasn't great as other outlets. Biriyani was getting refilled extremely late. The person serving mutton was giving single piece mutton on each ask. 3star just for the dessert section. It was very good. The look on the face of the serving boys was such that they are doing us some favour. Used plates wasn't getting picked up. It was a total mess. I definitely do not recommend.

The best Bar-be-que cuisines are here. Very sophisticated atmosphere. The non veg all starters are mouth watering. Specially the Crispy baby corn is one of my favourite dish.

Me & my family visited this place for my brother's birthday purpose. The ambience was good service was excellent and food was also delicious except two three items. They arranged one cake for my brother for that we are so thankful to them. Everyone there was excellent for their service and their behavior was also nice. It was a wonderful experience as well as my family enjoyed it a lot. Starters are delicious with a proportionate quantity of spices and baked/ fried. We loved fish hariyali , Pineapple tandoori and chicken reshmi masala. In the main course the quality of Biriyani is quite average , other veg/ non- veg items are freshly cooked in the right proportion of spices and herbs. We enjoyed Chicken curry , soft and delicious , sea- food- salad along with raita. They customise the spices according to the taste too. Among desserts, the rainbow of kulfi , in six flavours along with soft pastries are really hard to resist for the taste buds to stop eating for a long time !! In the dessert section some Bengali Sweets need to be added for which Kolkata is famous to all. The hospitality shown by the waiters is commendable indeed as we felt we were taking lunch at home. Special THANKS to the whole Diamond Plaza Barbeque Team. Amiable waiters in the dessert section , who tried their level best to satisfy our taste buds. Alright what you can expect more from BBQ Nation. Every outlet you go you are treated good with their food. This Outlet is smaller than the other ones but stands the same feelings. Starters are juicy and so is the Desserts. Like i always say they need to buck up on their Main Courses. Till then Starters are the king here.

I was there for my birthday with my friend. we booked the table in advance but yeah, it was a weekday so did not find a rush. We reached on time, got our table, and settled for the big feast. The server came and they explain how they work. we have already been numerous times across India so we know what we are getting into ;) they served veg starters, mutton seek kabab, chicken, prawn and fish kabab, - except prawn all were good. especially chicken ones. mutton kabab- they need to work more on that Main course and dessert - mutton rogan josh, couple of vegs and non-veg items and plenty option in Dessert. of course, one can not eat all the items. we were already done after starters and that's what we were here for. their server insist we try their kulfi and I tried Pan Masala, it was good. not to mention, the service was great, they keep coming and check on you, if you need anything or looking for any other items. a nice evening spent.

I love BBQ Nation! BUT this outlet is not that good compared to the others. Service is generally very slow on a crowded day. You have to wait for a very long time in between services! Some of the food quality are inconsistent as well. The staff that were catering to me were not very attentive. The overall experience was not up to the mark. A lot needs to improve! P.S - I'd rather recommend you to the Park Street BBQ Nation outlet over this place (Thank me later) !

The food quality was also good as usual. The variety in starters are sufficient for appetizers. In the main course, one item was not good. Actually it got bad and it was stinking. After complaining, they tasted the same and changed the item. The replaced item was good in taste. Overall, the experience is good as always in Barbecue Nations.

Well to be absolutely honest... visiting bbq nation after 2 years was a good experience... the place is hygienic fair /good enough ambience. The food is good (delightful for us meat eating bhukkhads) but the vegetarian people might struggle because of the limited dishes and not so good taste. The fact that it's an all you can eat buffet makes this place a worth it visit. Especially if you are a big group just waiting to hog out...the behaviour of the management and waiters was good. And even the chef came out to ask for feedback and corrected a dish and reserved us... take a bow... but don't get over your head...
