A large store occupying three floors with a huge stock of various dress materials and some accessories for ladies, gentlemen and children. Every customer is attended by salespersons who try their level best to satisfy each and everyone's expectations. The items are reasonably priced and are available in all sizes including the over sizes. However the floor planning is such and all the materials are so cluttered that it gives an unwelcome feeling. The interiors including the small elevator installed inside the store require a makeover to give an improved look.

It was an amazing experience. This shopping mall is between middle class ranges. All types of clothes are within range, and product quality is too good. Stuff behaviour is too good. I like Piyali's clothes and the behaviour is extremely professional. Overall a great customer experience. I strongly recommend Piyal. Please go ahead and visit the Mall once you have time.

It is an Artificial ornaments and imitation jewellery shop. A very small shop on the footpath of Dum dum market in Kolkata. It is a temporary built-up shop and not a concrete built-up structure. They sells jewellery of various designs all looks like gold jewellery. The price range starts from 200 to 2000 indian rupees and above

Last werk we had visited Piyali Shopping Centre in the evening had to face an awkward situation. Since there werent any customers & they were free at the time of our visit, around 6 - 7 Salespersons had gathered around us while we looked at the garments & started to suggest which one to select It includes 2 males as well. They all followed us wherever we went to select our items. We felt was it was very embarrassing. Choice of items should be left to the customer. They may only suggest which place to look for a certain item. It appeared that they lacked professionalism in their approach.

Nice collection of sarees including the distinct silk sarees are available. Only dislike the fixed price tag which disallow you to bargain.

It's popular amongst Bengalis especially who come to Kolkata for shopping from nearby rural and semi-urban areas. It hasn't adopted the change as per need and demand of the new age customers. I hardly noticed new agc shoppers from city here buv still a worthy choice for traditional Bengali outfits but shops in Gariahat provide a better option to shoppers for the same range and quality of products.

Piyali Shopping Mall is really a nice and good looking shopping center , located at Gora Bazar near Dumdum Cantonment station.

I mean though the shop is quite large in size, they hardly have varieties of clothes. And also the quality or collection isn't so wow. Hope they get more varieties soon.

Worthless Store #piyaligorabazar....I would not recommend this store to anybody.. brief about an incident and the behaviour: I had been a regular customer of this store till yesterday. Today I had purchased a ladies top from this store and had transacted with a debit card and had received an Sms of amount deduction via sms but the store accountant had said they had not received the fund...I know these things happen like either they will receive it later or I will get a credit back...I requested the store to take my address, mobile no. And a id proof so that on either occasion either I come and give them the money or they take it in cash....but the behaviour of the store was such e.g r you transacting for the first time, you don’t know to speak, give the amount and then only I give the item...and many more......I know these people they r the Banik’s in gorabazar considers them to be the top person and powerful person....but such behaviour had got many brands down at their knees.....Mr. Banik i knew your son personally as he was in st. Stephens school my class met but sorry to say you people r literally a failed entity in terms of customer expectations and the way you behave....I had informed this to police of such an act just due to your behaviour else it was really petty. Learn to behave your self then only people will appreciate you else in no time you might fall.

One of the oldest and famous shop in Gora Bazar Dum Dum Cant. It has varieties of saree, dress material, suiting shirting for Every ocassion. Staff are so good and very professional. Price is also good. I will always prefer this shop.

'Piyali' is the most well known garments store in Dum Dum area. It's situated opposite Dum Dum police station. All kinds of clothes are available here. Vast range of choices is the main of attraction here. Pricing is also not too bad. Quality garments of men, women are sold here. Kids wear is also present. In winter season sweaters, woolen jackets can also be bought from here. This shop is one of the oldest shops in Dum Dum & serving for decades.

They have good collection, especially in sarees. The top ans kurti section have rooms for improvement, but overall, the products are of good quality. The service is good and professional and they do not seem irritated even if you do not end up buying a lot of things.

They are known for thier beautiful and big collection of sarees . They are professional in service , do not get tired while showing collections of sarees . They don't misbehave if you end up not buying anything after salesman has shown you many collections . All popular payment modes are acceptable here . During school time, they were a famous departmental store along with array of gift items and clothing for every ocassion.. also different types of jewelry. For every bhaifnota we used to visit for gifts. Got fancy bags from them but with time, the popularity is diminishing. But recently got two woollen caps from them which are goodin quality

Update: They sold an 8 years old suit (mfg date mutilated) at cost 6000 which is misfit and very badly stitched. Seems it was made by them and hung a label from Grasim. When fitting, they mistakenly reduced the cuff by 2 inch which was restiched to correct, but the stitching was really bad. Overall, very much unprofessional store. Costly and unwilling to show varieties.

This is the mall where I am visiting since my childhood and have seen its development over the years with my own eyes. Here one will find a bunch of collections which will suit people of different tastes. Clothes suitable for every range of ages can be found here and the behaviour of the staff is quite nice. Also some home decor items can be found here. It is located very near to the Gorabazaar more just opposite to the Goddess Kali temple. Dum Dum Cantonment railway station is at a 5 minutes walking distance from here.

Yesterday we went to Piyali Shopping Mall, one of the oldest shops in this area .We had high hopes of a comfortable shopping experience, but unfortunately, it turned into quite the opposite and there we had a very disappointing experience with bad behaviour from the staff. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful and offered minimal help. When we walked in, we explicitly mentioned our budget and what we were looking for. However, instead of respecting our preferences, the staff repeatedly showed me items that were far beyond my budget. They seemed more interested in pushing expensive products rather than assisting us in finding something suitable. The salesman even tried to create financial shame at some point. It felt like they were more focused on making a sale at any cost, rather than providing a customer-friendly experience. There were very few. salesmen were then required and they were more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. They had a very small quantity of dresses to choose from. Upon entering the store, it was evident that the air conditioning was not working. The temperature inside was uncomfortably warm, and I could feel myself starting to sweat. It made the entire shopping experience extremely unpleasant. The staff's lack of empathy and willingness to help left a sour taste in my mouth. We left the store feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. All in all, our experience at Piyali was extremely disappointing. We would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality clothing and good customer service. And I am giving one star ⭐ becoz 0 stars are not in the option.
