Good place, good ambience, well mannered staff, accepts payment through cash, paytm, phone pe and debit/credit cards. Offers both affordable as well as expensive items and combos. Free sugar and brown sugar. The sandwiches are a must try. Not the best place to go on a date but a good place. 😁

Wonderful place for spending quality times. You can go with your family and friends and the place is situated in Diamond Plaza Mall. Generally, ambience is good for all types of people. It is more energetic place for teenagers and youth. You can explore new kind of things here. Enjoy the moments and happiness. Perhaps the finest coffee in town with a great variety of both hot and cold coffee and a myriad of shakes. There is a lot to much on as well. Service is quick and staff is polite and co-operative. 1. Prices are so high. 2. They don't think ordinary people. 3. Foods are in average quality. 4. 'Tea' is available but very high in price 5. You can get a varieties flavors of Coffee 6. All foods are high in range. 7. They should think about those who used to visit often and give discounts. 8. Overall, you can go for it, if you don't think about your pocket.

An Average Coffee Coffee Day in Ground Floor of Diamond Plaza near the Entrance of Pantaloons It is a nice place to chill and observe the environment of the shopping while sipping a cup of coffee. The Service is very nice and waiters are helpful as well.

Pathetic behaviour of the staff. The staff has the dare to say that we can't sit without ordering. One of our friend had already ordered a coffee, the other two came after and joined the table when the staff said we can't sit before ordering. Have some etiquettes and work ethics before creating an outlet. Have been visiting CCD a long time now, but this outlet and the staff, OMG, just ruining the name of CCD. This outlet should not exist.

The outlet of cafe coffee day is located inside diamond plaza mall just besides the pantaloons on the ground floor. This is not a store but an open area actually. The coffee we tried from the moodlicious menu. Honestly the staff was good, the seating was good. But the coffee was more than worse. Paid approx 350/- bucks for two coffee's which turned out to be very bad. Hope to get a better experience on my next visit.

Food quality is pathetic. The milk used for tea was not of good quality and had a bitter taste. Garlic bread was not fresh at all. They just reheat stale garlic bread and gave us. Adding to it, I ordered ginger tea specifically because I don't like elaichi tea. They made the ginger tea a mix of elaichi and ginger tea. How hard is to stick to ordered items. Also while ordering they try to add extra items to your item. Need to be highly attentive while ordering.

Staff behavior are so bad...they force me for other food....and last time they add some extra food and increased my bill.

Very bad behaviour from the staff!!! Not visiting again and will recommend others also the same. I was with my grandmother and she was sitting in the chair. She was not feeling well so we thought before we order, first sit for 5 minutes if she feels better and then we will order. A female staff, with a very rude tone came and asked if we gonna order or not, if not they we should leave!... Disgusting pathetic people they've recruited i see !!!!! You people earned our curse!!!!...

Very poor quality and too much expensive in accordance with quality... starting price of any variety of coffee is rs 250... They serve cappuccino in normal plastic type glasses have no skilled..it was like we having normal hot coffee.... Atmosphere is good.....u can spend some quality time...... service is average...

All the other things are just the same like other CCDs but the main difference is you can sit in an open place here. Though you'll not face any problems regarding that. As their management is quite good.

Good place for hang out

It s just good in ambience. It costs much for a single cup of coffee with zero taste. I wonder how a person likes to visit here. Just for show off.
