Owner of this agency i.e. Subhendu Adhikary is a fraudster. This agency organises trips very well for some parties and cheats the rest. Thus he keeps balance. This is his business plan. He cheated us by not making any arrangement for our Sandakphu trip and has not returned our 38000 rupees even after a year.

Subhendu Adhikari is a fraud person. Any hotelier or travel vendors please Don't believe this person. If you give some due, make sure you never get back. Hi Subhendu where is my due payment Rs. 10080/-. You took 15 days, but now it is 10 months. What happens? I think you & your family not a bad condition....

Totally a Fraud Travel Agency and especially Mr. Subhendu Adhikari, he is a crooked and fraud guy. He will never fund your money and will not pick up your phone. In spite of paying him full money including train fare, we had to arrange our return journey and final hotel payment from own pocket. So never believe in this guy he is a total fraud.

Very good travel agent....provided best package within my budget...and guided me through out the trip..the cost of my package exceeded by ₹200, he even returned that money... enjoyed a lot.

Very bad tour agency specially suvendu is a fraud guy..he booked all your hotels or homestay at last moment over phone.sometimes you have to pay car rent and last hotel payment from your own pocket.your holiday becomes tention trip if you go with this agent.

Vary good serrvice.Enjoyed the stay.Jail bars and floor were very clean.Even police did not beat much.Mr subhendu later came to give company. Only problem was lack of sax. Overall 4/5

It's not the first time, I had been travelling with Trip Mantra for quite some years now. One has to simply tell them about the plan and leave the rest on them. Have travelled length & breadth of bengal with them and now we wish to make a trip, stepping out of bengal. I'm sure, Trip Mantra will make this dream come true.
