Total store is stacked with material. There is hardly any space to move on and check product range. Very bad product are either expensive or there is no discount. Store is selling product at cost to cost .

Very bad experience visiting this store of Spencer. No cleanliness maintained, products are not arranged properly and it's difficult for a customer to walk inside to choose products. Staff members not available to help the customer's.

Worst customer service.If you buy less item staffs doesn't care.Intentionally keeps the customer waiting and return lots of one rupee coin as change.

This place is good but overloaded with so many items. You will get almost every grocery, household things along with fruits and vegetables and daily essentials. There are so many offers available. There are home delivery service also but the timings are bad, need delivery same day or night or with 2-4 hours. Wrong contact number for this store for online delivery.

Good ambience. Great customer services. There are many offers on and off which one can avail. All groceries toiletries and edible goods under one roof.

The store is stuffed with all the basic amnities a regular household will require. They are trying their best to fit all the items in the limited floor space they have. Free Home delivery service is available with in 5 km radius of the store. They accept orders over telephone or whatsapp. Generally the store is not crowded.

Spencer too now giving some real discount on chocolates and ice-creams etc on Diwali which was missing in earlier days. There was a rush yesterday which was too was was mostly missing.

All phone number ur store mentioned ur website is wrong then I try to contact customer service they provide me updated number that also not working as well as I ask customers care support person about one product availability as per you option choice that person reply he don’t know n he don’t hv proper authority to check which product available in store. It’s very bad kind of service. I hv one star but that also not deserve. As per current situation ur customer service n store service more important to hold your business on top position but this kind of service if provided how u will cause I send this msg to all my friends n friends of friends.
