    Went thru Drive thru and ordered McDoubles ketchup only. They advised to wait past the Drive thru window. After about 15 minutes I went in and after about 5 minutes with no one acknowledged me. It was just made because I heard an employer rushing others to get it done while I was inside. An employee was walking around with my order. He went to take it to me outside but I went inside. Regardless it was 20 minutes before it was ready. I seen more than 5 cars get their order and leave while I was outside. One bad experience can really leave a lasting impression. Won't go back to that location. They also didn't get the order right.

    I went to this drive-through on a Sunday afternoon, I ordered something really simple, a double filet-o-fish combo made fresh no salt on the fries & a bottled water. At the order speaker I had them repeat it back, at the window where I paid I had them repeat my order back, and at the window where I picked it up I had them repeat my order back and this is where the problem began. Now I sat in the line a short time which was under 5 minutes so that to me as pretty good. However at the pickup window when I was past my order I immediately checked it to make sure that it was made fresh and to make sure no salt was on my fries both were an issue I was given a single filet-o-fish not a double and it was not fresh and salt was on my fries. I was told to pull over to the front to parking space one and someone would bring out the proper order and I had already put my hands on the food I was allowed to keep the order. Let's just say I parked at the one space at 12:15 PM, it was not until 12:30 PM that someone came out with the wrong order mind you. To my surprise the worker went to five other cars to see whose order it was, and I am not exaggerating. I never realized so many of us were parked to the side waiting for our orders and we were parked all over the parking area, the front, the back, the side, and the numbered parking spaces designated to wait. So the worker went back inside for another 10 mintes because he never found whose had that order. At this point itseemed the parking lot grew in numbers for thoe who were waiting i kid you not. At around 12:45pm another worker came out with one bag and went to another car and I suppose the order was still not correct because she stood at the car for a few moments before the car took off and the driver looked angry. For another 10 more minutes, 12:55pm, no one came out and then when I decided I'm going to just go get a refund and never return to this place again, a worker came out with a box filled with about four or five orders but mines was not there. However the worker checked on me and reverified my order and said yours is next. I asked if I could get a bag of chocolate chip cookies for the egregious waiting time she told me she would ask her manager and would bring it if she could. As promised she came right back out with my order and some cookies, it was a little after 1 pm at this point. My order was finally correct but I have decided to never ever return here again because this place is the worst!!!! I have no idea who management is but you should be retrained immediately on customer service and order flow. Get a new ordering system becase apparently yours is outdated and get a new staff who can take orders properly and cook the correct meals, matter of fact all of you need retraining. Your establishment is ridiculous!!!

    Worst customer service I have ever received. Customer is wrong at this location if you ask a manager late night while paying for your food in the drive through. Was not entire order and then was told I was hiding food that was handed to me.

    This was the worst experience with McDonald’s ever!!! Yesterday in the afternoon I made an online order through App and went to pick up at curbside. I found out there was nowhere to let me put the curbside number on the app so I drove to drive thru with my pick up number. But at the window was told they could not find my order. I showed the receipt of my order on my App and even the charge from my mobile banking. Later they printed out the paper of my order and let drive up to the next window. Then the manager came and told me I didn’t pay??? I showed again of my receipt and the charge to my bank but she still insist saying I didn’t pay. I don’t know what’s the problem here, they found my online order but said I didn’t pay. Then I asked her what I could do. She told me to contact customer service. At the time I had been there for more than 30 minutes and I was so hungry. But I still checked the App and was trying to find out how to solve while the App mentioned if this is happening ask the restaurant to help solve. Then I turned back to her to ask her what she could do. She kept saying “I don’t know.” What should I do??? App told me the order cannot be canceled while the restaurant manager didn’t know anything but showing a bad attitude. Was that a professional way from a McDonald’s store manager to respond like this? Not sure if there was problem with system but I was sure there was problem with her attitude and her professional level. Seeing a customer waiting and being hungry for almost an hour but the only thing she did was nothing?! I would never come back to this store and have to make this complain. Normally I don’t write a bad review but this manager made me do it.

    I normally come to this place than the one on valley but I noticed that some people are so rude and don't pay any attention to costumers when they are ordering food, especially to handicap people , my uncle went to order his food and i was ordering from kiosk I heard my uncle telling a guy he wanted certain things but didn't get his order right instead of saying sorry no they looked at me rude when I confronted them, if I was the one that made the mistake also when I picked up my order my whole meal was wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich wrong size I was not the only one other people were complaining thru need either a new managment or pay attention to people order !

    Ordered without pickles friend allergic to burgers. Did not take precautions. My friend could have seriously gone to hospital life and death. Please be careful guys manager Miguel

    Nice facility with good freeway access, however, what is the deal with Filet-O-Fishes being $6.19? Insanity. For that price, they should really have 2 filets... and maybe actually be served hot as well.

    Wow! Ordered mobile order and it took them awhile to get my order and the lady took awhile to attend me. Like really? I had a small order. Didn't even give me creamer or sugar for my coffee. It took 3 people to get me creamer and sugar. Like really? I have been here before and I thought I give it another chance, but the first time I witnessed 2 employees gossiping real loud and not taking any customers orders. Do that in your break time. Not when there is a busy line. Probably won't return. I'm sorry. 🙃

    As rising cost of inflation go up fast food such as McD become more of a disappointment. Food size shrinks, and quality disappear. Out of hunger I stopped at the nearest McD double cheese burger and a filter a fish. It wasn't long afterwards where I started to not feel well. Since I hadn't eaten all day long, the only Cause was my visit to mcdonald's. This will be my last visit to mcdonald's for food consumption. The coffee is still good.

    Food was great, service was great and all the workers were respectful people. The atmosphere isn't that good because of all the students that go there since the school is so close but other than that everything else is fine.

    Everything is garbage about this place I work at a very common fast food place as well and our number one thing is double checking the order before its taped up to make sure every item that is ask for is in the bag and nothing that is not asked for how in world is a famous fast food place as u are but cannot QC anything before its bagged n tapped ... if u hate ur job quit don't make no food for anyone if u dont want to... I ask for no pickles or onion and for good reason I am allergic to them now u have to deal with a lawsuit

    Just gone in for a shake and the size sucked and wasnt as cold as other shakes. Got the wipped cream but no cherry! The girl who took my order was energetic which is a plus in my book!

    Passenger downloaded app to get same deal I got for coffee using the app. However deal did not show up on her phone. She ended up not ordering food or anything from Mc Donald's because she was disappointed Mc. Donald's stop offering the coffee deal.

    Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Staff has attitude, will make you wait because they feel that they can. You can ask for fresh food and will get cold stealth food that has been sitting. And on app; this is the only location that takes off offers you’re able to obtain through the app at other locations. Not worth supporting them.

    My little sister goes to south El Monte high school and this McDonald’s kicked her out because she was waiting on her grandparents to pick her up. They’re so many students that go there for a safe place while waiting for an adult to pick them up and they go and put them in danger because they won’t purchase, any food. Shame on you employees!

    Ordered pancakes with sausage, got pancakes only,no butter, no syrup, just pancakes. Suck's for the prices you charge you should take care of your customer a little better. McDonald's on El Monte by the 60 Fwy. 11/6/2022 10 am drive thru.
