I
went
to
this
drive-through
on
a
Sunday
afternoon,
I
ordered
something
really
simple,
a
double
filet-o-fish
combo
made
fresh
no
salt
on
the
fries
&
a
bottled
water.
At
the
order
speaker
I
had
them
repeat
it
back,
at
the
window
where
I
paid
I
had
them
repeat
my
order
back,
and
at
the
window
where
I
picked
it
up
I
had
them
repeat
my
order
back
and
this
is
where
the
problem
began.
Now
I
sat
in
the
line
a
short
time
which
was
under
5
minutes
so
that
to
me
as
pretty
good.
However
at
the
pickup
window
when
I
was
past
my
order
I
immediately
checked
it
to
make
sure
that
it
was
made
fresh
and
to
make
sure
no
salt
was
on
my
fries
both
were
an
issue
I
was
given
a
single
filet-o-fish
not
a
double
and
it
was
not
fresh
and
salt
was
on
my
fries.
I
was
told
to
pull
over
to
the
front
to
parking
space
one
and
someone
would
bring
out
the
proper
order
and
I
had
already
put
my
hands
on
the
food
I
was
allowed
to
keep
the
order.
Let's
just
say
I
parked
at
the
one
space
at
12:15
PM,
it
was
not
until
12:30
PM
that
someone
came
out
with
the
wrong
order
mind
you.
To
my
surprise
the
worker
went
to
five
other
cars
to
see
whose
order
it
was,
and
I
am
not
exaggerating.
I
never
realized
so
many
of
us
were
parked
to
the
side
waiting
for
our
orders
and
we
were
parked
all
over
the
parking
area,
the
front,
the
back,
the
side,
and
the
numbered
parking
spaces
designated
to
wait.
So
the
worker
went
back
inside
for
another
10
mintes
because
he
never
found
whose
had
that
order.
At
this
point
itseemed
the
parking
lot
grew
in
numbers
for
thoe
who
were
waiting
i
kid
you
not.
At
around
12:45pm
another
worker
came
out
with
one
bag
and
went
to
another
car
and
I
suppose
the
order
was
still
not
correct
because
she
stood
at
the
car
for
a
few
moments
before
the
car
took
off
and
the
driver
looked
angry.
For
another
10
more
minutes,
12:55pm,
no
one
came
out
and
then
when
I
decided
I'm
going
to
just
go
get
a
refund
and
never
return
to
this
place
again,
a
worker
came
out
with
a
box
filled
with
about
four
or
five
orders
but
mines
was
not
there.
However
the
worker
checked
on
me
and
reverified
my
order
and
said
yours
is
next.
I
asked
if
I
could
get
a
bag
of
chocolate
chip
cookies
for
the
egregious
waiting
time
she
told
me
she
would
ask
her
manager
and
would
bring
it
if
she
could.
As
promised
she
came
right
back
out
with
my
order
and
some
cookies,
it
was
a
little
after
1
pm
at
this
point.
My
order
was
finally
correct
but
I
have
decided
to
never
ever
return
here
again
because
this
place
is
the
worst!!!!
I
have
no
idea
who
management
is
but
you
should
be
retrained
immediately
on
customer
service
and
order
flow.
Get
a
new
ordering
system
becase
apparently
yours
is
outdated
and
get
a
new
staff
who
can
take
orders
properly
and
cook
the
correct
meals,
matter
of
fact
all
of
you
need
retraining.
Your
establishment
is
ridiculous!!!
