The staff here is what I consider the laziest in Los Angeles. There were no customers in the shop. They saw me waiting for a long time. And no one came to help me order. He turned his back on me and made me wait five minutes. I can't imagine it. I think their management manager should do something.

These guys want $15 an hour, yet can't even build a Big Mac correctly. Simple pattern....Bread, Meat, Bread, Meat, Bread...not Bread, Bread, Meat, Meat, Bread, geez!!!

It would have been a 5 star review! However! The Team Leader (Manager) today 7/26/22 @9:50am is the most rude unprofessional employee!!!! Ugh!! Makes me cringe! Macdonald’s please be more delicate on who you promote or hire as Team leaders!! There is a new hire at the location. I have seen him getting trained a couple days before. So, I get to the window to get my food he is very polite! He asked me if my order was a coffee and I said no, I proceeded to tell him my order he turns around and asks his Manager! And she proceeds to yell at him telling him not to get that order that she needs it! To look at the monitor and blah blah blah!! Raising her voice at him!! No other employee helped him out!! Or stood up for him! But I did!! She clearly heard me!! And to be honest he is literally the only nice person there! Do better Macdonald’s!!

I ask for no pickles. I try to get the name of the cook. All they gave me is this name starts with a J

Have been here several times. The service varies, probably depending on the staff and management on duty. This time, I was disappointed with the staff, who seemed to be uninterested in serving customers. Probably an isolated case but his supervisor didn’t seem to be a good manager either. This fast food restaurant can be very slow depending on the management on duty

I've been to many McDonald's that are quick to service. As I was waiting for my order the employees were slow and rude to the customers. Also my chicken nuggets had black flakes which we assumed it's from unchanged oil.

Rude Employees the manager don’t do the job and let the employees do whatever they want they laugh in your face and don’t replace the order if they get it wrong. They said this was a Big Mac

I asked for a quarterpounder with cheese and I got a dry burger without cheess, I added bbq sauce since it didnt come with anything else

This McDonald's is really slow and they do not acknowledge you when you enter and go to the counter I waited 9 minutes before I said something to them. And they had one person at the counter before I got there waiting. I have spoken to the manager before about this and all he said was I'm sorry for that. And walked away.

I enjoyed pickles on my burgers and chicken sandwiches and I asked for extra pickles on three of the sandwiches I ordered and I couldn't believe I was charged $0.49 for two pickles on each sandwich are you kidding me $0.49 for two pickles you should be ashamed of yourself I won't go to this location again 👎

The staff was rude to me he told me to be quiet and the he was the man that he could only speak up their when I was complaining with the manager that he gave me attitude when I was asking for a refill of coffee he’s a short white men he speaks Spanish he was making a fight their just bc I told the cashier that I didn’t knew that they charge the refill 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ So he was screaming at me to not give attitude and I wanted to speak up and he told me to shut up that he was the Man and that he could only speak up not me Rude staff

This McDonald's has always been a lot better then most others I visit. The staff is great, no attitudes, and always quick. And usually never an order that is messed up. They get it right there. I like driving 10 minutes out of my way to go here

Kiddos wanted grav quite snack

This McDonald’s is notoriously slow however, after waiting over 30 minutes in the drive through I was met with a burgerless burger. Never in my life have I received nor made a burgerless burger. I did not ask for any special instructions or for anything to be taken off. This means a person had to actively construct a Big Mac which has not ONE but TWO burger patties. I can understand it being busy and forgetting things but how can you possibly forget the burger on a burger. That being said my burgerless burger was lackluster.

Just got back into my office from grabbing a quick bite. I wasn't going to order anything to drink, bat had to have me a nice Cold Coke. I know McDonald's has ICE, when they run out the crew does mention of it, well my Coke didn't have ANY Ice in it this time. Funny thing, I know I didn't order it without Ice 'cause it's just to dang hot out there not to have Ice in ones Coke.

The manager here was at the register, courteous while managing her team, a busy take out window, and homeless woman who persisted near the drive through. I heard raised voices and see the homeless woman walking away and then sitting on the curb. Not even 5 minutes later, I see the manager run out the door with a bag of food for her. Talk about making my heart melt! Aside from acts of heroism, this location is clean, has ambiance music, an indoor playground and a table for kids that lights up. “Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed”. - proverbs 19:17

This McDonald's is good, I tried the spicy barbeque glazed tenders and they weren't bad. They weren't really spicy, and they didn't have a strong barbeque taste either. Somewhere in the middle that left you wanting a little more in the flavor catagory. The Big Mac was good, just like any other big mac. No complaints.

I had a minor inconvenience as the attendant taking orders had me waiting without speaking a word to me; but when I drove up to the last window, Yaretzi knew how to make it all better. She kindly explained that the attendant was fixing a minor issue he had, but assured me he would be able to help me out if I returned to the window. Not only did they give me my order, but she added incentives by complimenting me, and giving me a delicious Blueberry Pie, on the house- I hope that whoever goes to this McDonald's has the pleasure of meeting her, she is a kind, sweet and very lovely girl. Thank you, Yaretzi, you turned my whole evening around. :)

Staff was prompt with my in-app ordering. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a in and out quick bite nothing out of the ordinary, or extraordinary, plain and simple McD. Plenty of parking becarful with drive thru traffic.

The part i disliked the most about todays service was the order took an extra long time to recieve, then to top it all off i was watching the shift manager or supervisor put my order th the bag as slow as humanly possible, then she put one of my burgers in the bag she then picked up food. Put it in her mouth then get another burger i was waiting for gave my order to the girl working drive thru who put in the frys i was waiting for. Not professional at all. Ruined my night

Walked in this morning at one of my favorite McDonald’s locations in the small, but mighty City of South El Monte, and I just had to try the new PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH MCFLURRY, and boy am I glad I did!! The Peanut Butter Crunch McFlurry tastes like Reese’s peanut butter cups sprinkled and reimagined in flavorful vanilla ice cream that’s smooth and silky to the core, and to the very last bite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try this newest McFlurry flavor while you can, as it’s only available for limited time. Don’t miss out! They have a nice play area for kids that are 4 and up. The staff are nice and the seating is spacious. Parking entrance is hard because of the busy traffic otherwise it is a nice McDonald's with a Play Area and enough parking.
