Long overdue review for Project Bloom :) I am so glad I found this coffee place over 3 months ago while walking in the area. It is so unfortunate I don’t live at a walking distance, would’ve been here everyday to get my morning coffee! They offer a great quality coffee beans, very well balanced and not too acid (which is rare to find). We come here weekly to get our usuals: espresso, cappuccino, chai latte and avocado toast. We usually sit in as the coffee shop is also a wonderful flower shop and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Parking has always been available at this little plaza, we never had to park elsewhere.

Bloom is a beautiful cafe with plants and flowers to provide eye candy. I had an iced oat milk latte and it was quite good. I noticed that they have to unique offerings that are well worth a try. Next time. Service is phenomenal. They have a small parking lot that is often packed.

Lovely coffee shop I came across that has a lot to offer: flowers/plants, tumblers/cups, friendly staff, and MUSTTRY matcha latte with homemade lavender syrup. Went back next day to try their autumn menu- sweet corn matcha which was delicious. Lavender bloom latte was also tasty and Avocado breakfast sandwiches (didn't know scrambled eggs could be so fluffy!!) were mouthwatering. Can't wait to visit to try other bloom lattes!!

Incredibly cute little cafe/breakfast spot. They have very good cold brew coffee and lots of interesting drink and food combinations. We had some delicious baked goods and one of the best egg sandwiches I have ever had. The staff is beyond friendly and the decor is as pretty as the food is great!

Tl;Dr - I'm definitely coming back. Have one of the best butterscotch cream coffee + amazing vibe with lots of personal touch This coffee shop has one of the best staff and vibes. Absolutely felt like coming into one of my friends coffee shops. We got butterscotch coffee and lavender coffee which were both way above LA's standard. They are not the most spacious coffee shop but I will highly recommend you to stay around for a bit for their amazing vibe. They have limited parking but definitely not impossible if you consider the street parking. Very accessible and most importantly, coffee is good. Idk what else you would need from a coffee shop! I hope to try out more of their coffee in the future.

Cute little coffee shop. Didn’t try their baked goods but their matcha latte was good. They didn’t have too many non coffee drinks so was glad to have tried the matcha.

This cafe wowed me. The Spanish Latte was beautiful and tasted even better. Then they brought my egg sandwich out and that was somehow *even* better. The eggs were cooked to perfection - really one of the best quick breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. The workers were extremely friendly as well, 10/10 customer service in addition to 10/10 food

Project Bloom coffee is delicious. Looks like they are new to the location. Stopped by for a lavender latte. You can tell they know their coffee. It was made perfectly, super creamy and really good flavoring. If I lived in the area I would be back.

AMAZING coffee shop. The coffee, MATCHA and employees are all top tier. So yummy and the drinks are made with love. Also such a good vibe especially the flowers inside the shop.

New owners, and no longer Pause and Tea, but they still have the lavender latte so I’m happy :) i adored the last place and was sad to see they changed but I do find myself going more because of the pastries. So yum! Really enjoy their muffins and teacakes. The earl grey and black sesame are so delicious. I hope they keep making black sesame and earl grey treats. Haven’t seen them in awhile, but they have other delicious options. Thank u for coming to the neighborhood and giving me my coffee and sweet treat fix 🖤

Super beautiful coffee shop covered in the prettiest floral arrangements. The staff was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable on their products. I also had the smoothest oat milk cappuccino foam of my life. The expresso flavor wasn't the most impressive, but it was relatively balanced in the cap and iced latte we received. 10/10 good heckin' stuff.

Hidden gem! This cafe is a hidden gem off Melrose in the Larchmont/Hollywood area. Whether you come for a curated black coffee or one of their unique lattes, this coffee shop has something for you! I always say you can tell how good a coffee shop is by trying their black coffee. Bloom carries excellent roasts that are clean and smooth, such that I've even bought their coffee to take home. I also love their lavender latte which isn't overly sweet. I live in the area and have tried a majority of the shops and Bloom is my favorite. James, the owner, knows his regulars and always greets his customers with a smile. Highly recommend!

We are so, so lucky to have this as our local spot. The coffee is beautiful, the pastries are beautiful, the people are genuinely kind and friendly and so clearly dedicated to what they do. Each time they come out with a new latte, it is our new favorite latte - we have not had anything here that wasn't outstanding. The egg sandwiches? Bomb. Literally any drink on the menu? Bomb. We had the pecan pie bar today on a whim and it was yet another hit. All killer no filler from the lovely folks at Bloom.

The best cappuccino I ever had. Their scones are really delicious. Nice & cute staffs too :-) It was my first visit since the management was changed but I will definitely come back.

My new go to coffee shop in the area. Wife had the matcha with lavender, oooo my goodness it was the perfect amount of lavender to compliment the earthy matcha flavor. I had the butterscotch latte. Normally I don’t go for sweet drinks but this was perfect. Velvety texture and just the right, not too sweet, amount of sweetness. They were able to do a small whole milk for my kiddo and she also loved the lemon bar. Coming back to try the egg sandwich that they told me about!

I don’t know how else to describe this spot other than effortlessly cool! The single origin cold brew almost felt effervescent in its brightness and was perfect with the freshness of their avocado toast. Don’t miss the Bloom Toast for a beautiful finish that has all the texture and flavor you need to sweeten your day.

I wanted to start my day with a great breakfast and coffee experience. I was curious as I read the reviews. I knew I had found what I was looking for when I smelled the scents walking in. I tasted the Bloom Latte...everything stopped (including my thoughts)...absolutely one of the best coffee experiences of my life. The breakfast sandwich appeared magically in front of me and I sat down to take care of business. Thank you Bloom!!!

I am definitely coming back here again! Lavender latte is so tasty, and their new custard taiyaki is so crispy and chewy. Not too sweet! Beautiful and clean interior design. Great ambiance, and good parking space in the front. The owner is so kind too!!

I absolutely LOVE this coffee shop. 10/10. The crew is kind and attentive to anyone I’ve ever seen come by. I wouldn’t suggest if you’re in a real rush unless you’ve ordered ahead of time because it can take a little bit (but that’s more saying, you should order ahead cause it’s worth it lol). You can tell the drinks are made with care and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is nice with the plants around, and I assume they’ll do more as they get more traffic I’m sure to make it even nicer. I only wish there was more room/seating so I could work there.
