The staff here at this location are super helpful! Christina, Ana, Stephanie, Ingrid and the house keeping staff are very friendly and give excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and updated with comfy beds and clean linen. The pricing is affordable and the quality even better!! 👌 if you're looking for a place to stay this would be your place. Keep up the great work!

It was my first time staying at this Motel 6 location and it was a great experience much better than any other location. Check in was very quick and easy, rooms were clean, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants near by and a gas station right next door! Shout out to Laura , Lupe , and the lovely manager Cristina. Very kinda and helpful. Will 10/10 be coming back here

Extremely sad day for me because i just found out that they now require a $100.0 deposit. I have been staying at this hotel off and on for about 6 to 7 moths. I was a very happy customer because i really felt that i would be able to always depend on Motel 6 because of 1) there prices and location 2) because how close it is to my job. I don't see myself renting a room here often anymore because it doesn't fit my budget.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The ladies at check-in were really nice and it seemed like they ran a tight ship. The first 2 nights were totally quiet. My only minor complaint was how bright the exterior lights were (not a bad thing) and that the curtains didn't darken the room very well. The 3rd night, however, was less pleasurable. It began with someone blaring loud music from the parking lot for a while. Then around 3:15am I woke up to a male and female screaming and yelling, followed by 20 minutes nonstop of a male banging on a door below/near my room and yelling for someone to open it. I heard two other people yelling at him to be quiet and one threatened to call the cops. When the noise continued, I called the LA Sheriff's Dept and they rolled up three deep and took care of business. After that, all was quiet, but by that point it was almost 5am and I could not fall back asleep and so it made for a long day and drive back home. Other than that, the first two nights were just fine and it seemed like one of the better motel 6's out there. The room itself was a motel 6 room, no more no less. This was my first time at this location, usually I stay at the one in Arcadia but Rosemead was cheaper this time. Probably won't be back to this one.

Budget friendly with some major issues. First off let me say the staff at check in were great, very friendly and helpful. Second, the location is great. Right off the freeway and close to everything I needed to do. The parking was easy but if you have a larger vehicle it can be tight. Our room had 1 queen size bed that too be honest was the most uncomfortable mattress I've slept on in a Motel/Hotel, I definitely woke up with a sore back.In addition my wife's pillow was soft while mine was flat as a pancake. It's like somebody rolled up a blanket and stuck it inside a pillow case, sore neck achieved. The room smelled like smoke mixed with air freshener and the towels smelled like smoke too, we had to get new towels from the front desk. Speaking of towels these have got to be the cheapest towels I've ever used. They are blue towels that feel more like shop towels than bath towels, very thin with no softness. Towel holder on the wall was also very dirty on the inside, like it hadn't been scrubbed in months. Lastly, awkward home plate shaped shower combined with rounded shower curtain rod, made for a fun shower curtain clinging experience. Best part was the couple fighting in the parking lot at 2am. This experience really drives home the motto "You get what you pay for."

This place is full of friendly staff, Chrstina is amazing with families! I really enjoyed my stay. Good location near plenty of fast food for the late night munchies. Definitely staying here with my wife and kids again on my next trip to Los Angeles.

Love this Motel6 The staff! Along with cleaners are always a delight and work very hard to keep the motel and rooms clean and comfortable! Christina , Guadalupe, Ana And Ingrid ! All do a magnificent job accommodating and making sure your stay is enjoyable and worth it ! I will be frequently staying here whenever I’m in town on business It’s my go to motel! And would recommend 5 star ⭐️ stay

Guadalupe was very sweet, helpful and informative. Room was super clean and fresh. A.C. was nice and cold and not noisy. We had to book our room for 3 more days! Enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend

Overall experience was great! The staff are really welcoming and helpful, especially Christina and Guadalupe. I was staying with my dog, so I really like that dogs stay for free as other hotels require a pet fee. The location is conveniently located by a freeway so makes it easy to travel out of Rosemead/El Monte. I highly recommend!

Me and my Girlfriend and our dogs always stay here a lot. The customer service is great. Stefanie and Ingrid make checking in a very easy and fast comfortable process . If ur looking for a motel 6 to stay at you should definitely choose this one . Good prices and pets are allowed. Witch is a plus for us. Highly recommend.

I have been staying at this Motel 6 for years; it's one of the most consistent hotels I have stayed in. Of course it's a Motel 6 so you know what you're getting. A basic, clean room is all you get which is all I need while on a trip. No frills. No worries.

Lupe was a great hostess. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave and the location was easy to get to, right off the 60 fwy. Definitely recommend staying here!

Ingrid was very courteous when she checked us in to our room. Guadalupe was also kind and courteous when she helped us during check out and even offered coffee and asked if we needed anything before leaving. Overall great hospitality from the workers that helped us during our stay and they had clean, well kept rooms and they would send housekeeping if we needed any extra towels etc.

If you want the police called on you multiple times after you said you were staying another night then this is the place to come. No towels and you have to go to the front desk just to replace the towels. I had the police called on me twice and not because of noise. I needed a little more rest and I was willing to pay when I was told no and they called the police just because I was black. I have never in my life been treated this way. I was threatened, embarrassed, and humiliated with my children. This place will never get my money again and they should check their management because that’s the one who called the police but yet through out the night there is plenty of drug addicts and drug dealing going on you can’t even sleep. This is just a warning sleep at your own risk.

I was recommended to stay here by a trusted source, i was not disappointed. Lupe helped me get checked in and made the situation so smooth, especially since at the time I was very late. She was an amazing example of how to handle customers and the rooms were very clean. I rested well and all amenities were there. And location was convenient to the reason for my trip. I plan on staying here again.

Every time I come to LA I start at this location. It’s the best location and the employees make you feel like family I been staying here for years and Christina is one of a kind and made me feel appreciated as a returning customer. And Lupe made me smile when she said I look like Kevin hart! Lol they just make you feel welcomed every-time you step in

The women at the front were great! Super nice and accommodating. Lupe went above and beyond for us. 2 week stay, I prefer a shower with a tub not all the rooms have that so check before you book. Besides that the rooms were clean the area is nice and safe and quiet would stay here again.

We were very skeptical at first since it is a motel but as soon as we arrived we noticed how peaceful it was! The service was great even though there is no room service. At first when we entered the room it smelled like smoke but nothing that can’t be fixed with a candle or air freshener! Also the ac works really well to the point where we would get a bit cold but it is controllable to your liking and make sure to take extra blankets. Other than that the rooms are clean and the pool area is a plus!

Motel room was very clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk were very professional and friendly. Outside area of motel rooms was also surprisingly very clean. Extremely satisfied with tiny dog park available in back of motel grounds. recommend this location if you are staying in this area.

First off I wanna say the girl that checked me in was so helpful, she went above and beyond to help set us up for the my 6 deal to get a better discount love it! I believe her name was Guadalupe awesome person! The rooms smelled fresh and were clean. Will be coming back!

Beautiful furniture, microwave, refrigerator for my medicine, security around the hotel, they clean hallways every time, housekeeper very nice and service everyday at least you denied. From desk agents very professional and nice. For a Franchise it's the best Motel 6 I have been, fast service if you need something in your room, it needs a little more improvement on the bathtub but you can see the place it's renovation, if you touch the door frame and see the walls you can feel the freshed paint. I’ve been coming to the Rosemead location for quite some time. I’ve enjoyed the hospitality. This location had a great staff, there was a male, Hispanic and a female employee as well. Both were outstanding. Then something happened. I missed a couple of months and when I came to stay I was greated by some new employees. One I believe was a manager (no where near inviting) and a new employee (trainee) No personality what so ever! Dry and cold. The employees before were accommodating, meaning there were a couple of time I asked for a early check in. They checked if anything was available at that time, yes and offered to me . The two before were very professional and knowledgeable. Back to the new, did not enjoy the welcome whatsoever, disappointed to say the least, ok moving onward. I was greeted by thee female clerk by asking how can I help you. What happens to hello and welcome, how can Wes assist you. (Not even) then she tells me about how now there is a security deposit required. 100.00 (not good) and the rate for a room during a week day is 99.99 $ with tax 114.00 I believe. (Won’t be coming back) Now the deposit. I can get a credit or a refund, call it what you like would take up to 72 hours. No! You took it out of my account I would like it just as fast. I asked about a cash deposit, that was worse. Let’s discuss the room, in previous visits there was a survey, I did and one of my concerns was the shower’s. I’ve stayed there many time’s that was my biggest complaint. You know if your going to charge that much for a room, those showers need to be taken care of. Water all over the floor, then you have to use the two towels that are given to clean up the mess. I’m done. Taking My business elsewhere.

Labor day holiday weekends hotels sold out. Had to stay at this place. Was charged double price. Saw a cockroach on floor, sheets had many stains, towels had lap hairs on them. Total disaster. The staff was lovely, tho

My stay was excellent thanks to Guadalupe and Christina. They always helped me with a smile. Never made me feel like I was bothering them. I will sure return thanks to these lovely ladies.

Front desk was very helpful and professional, which is worth mentioning because the rooms were exactly as you would expect, no bells and whistles but clean which provides a big level of comfort. But I didn't spend a lot of time in my room anyway, I got a lot of info at front desk as to what's nearby so I did some exploring. Visited a nearby mall and there's also an Asian community a short drive away so I went to check out some local food. I was able to make the most of my stay thanks to the helpful and informative staff

Been to a lot of Motel 6 locations and have had previous bad experiences(assigned a room that was occupied, keycard wouldn’t work, etc) but this location was on top of everything. From the check in process to the cleanliness of the rooms, I had the best experience. Staff was also very friendly and assisted with everything I needed with ease. Will be back here again next time I’m in Los Angeles. Thank you for the amazing accommodations.

In town for work and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and support of the staff and manager. They were quick to respond and overly helpful with directions and recommendations while in town. I was absolutely use this location again when I’m back in town in a few months.

Spent the weekend here with my partner and we can honestly say we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was well kept and clean. But most importantly the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The manager Christina and the staff members Guadalupe and Ana were there to answer any questions or concerns we had and we really appreciated that since it was our first time at one of these locations!

I travel on a regular basis from Texas for buissness and was greeted by Guadalupe... What an amazing persona... Not only did she welcome me in with a great smile, her customer service was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was great. Room was clean and location was nice.... I will definitely return and I hope to continue to see Guadalupe.. she made my stay smooth and delightful ❤️✈️

I was in need of a room last minute and this motel 6 was super accommodating. Guadalupe at the front desk made everything so easy at check-in, and was so kind to me! The room was very clean, and cozy. Also, thank you to the manager Christina for being so nice! I will be coming back for sure. :)

My stay was relaxed and quiet. At check in Michael I believe was in training, Guadalupe was training him very good service very friendly they were very helpful and also recommended the my6 it save me a few dollars and place was clean rooms smelled clean at check out Christina offered me coffee so sweet. Awesome place

Not a particularly exciting experience, but it's a place to rest. Cheap enough. Clean. My brother stayed with me and was kind of banking on there being shampoo/conditioner, but they didn't have that. The staff was very kind. Parking was free. I'd stay again if I was looking for a no frills stay.

Probably the best experience at a Motel 6 I’ve ever had. I travel for work once a month and my company pays for these stays. From the warm smiles and genuine friendliness of the front desk to the sweet ladies that clean the rooms, I’m extremely impressed! Gotta admit, I never expect perfect stays from Motel 6 but this location is the BEST one yet! Thanks for making my stay so pleasant. Oh and for the cup of hot coffee at 10pm!!! Wow!!!

Wow, this Motel is definitely one of my favorite locations. I needed a place for a short business trip. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and conveniently located near the mall! Thank you so much for a great stay! If I ever find myself in this area again, I will for sure be staying here again.

This place is AMAZING and I believe it's because of Rep or Auditor Michael. He held our reservation till 2AM and he was so polite, helpful, professional and very handsome I have to add. We are here for a conference and we should have taken him with us cause the professionalism he displays is above anything I have encountered in my line of work. I recommend if you are staying at this motel please try and ask for Michael or try and check in during his shift cause he makes the experience more like a dream vacation and less like a motel check in. I've stayed here for quite some time. The people at this property are very honest, loyal, helpful, and friendly. I'm always welcomed so warmly and always get assisted by Ana every morning. Christina, Ingrid, Stephanie, roman, and the maids are always so nice. Night shift is also very friendly and helpful with towels and toliet paper. Check in is always fast and easy and the conversations are very respectful. Keep up the good work ! 👏

Great staff. Lady at the front desk was really warm and welcoming when checking in. Could see they had a pretty spacious parking lot. Exteriors lights were nice and bright, which made it a lot more relaxing to walk around at night. Walls are a little thin, but heard nothing major during my single night stay. Room was also pretty decent at this price-point. The beds and pillows were heavenly, much comfortable than some of the beds I've tried in 3*-4* hotels. AC unit was also surprisingly modern and easy to use. Shower curtains however were a little finicky and the wide spread on the shower head meant the bathroom was a mess. Had absolutely forgotten about checking out, but a call to the front desk saved me a trip back the motel. Didn't realize I could check out by phone, and the room cards were a non-issue. Thank you!

My stay here was amazing. Laura made me feel like I was at home. Her customer service skills are amazing, the rooms were super clean and the property is quiet! I definitely will stay here again when I come back to California.
