I’ve
been
coming
to
the
Rosemead
location
for
quite
some
time.
I’ve
enjoyed
the
hospitality.
This
location
had
a
great
staff,
there
was
a
male,
Hispanic
and
a
female
employee
as
well.
Both
were
outstanding.
Then
something
happened.
I
missed
a
couple
of
months
and
when
I
came
to
stay
I
was
greated
by
some
new
employees.
One
I
believe
was
a
manager
(no
where
near
inviting)
and
a
new
employee
(trainee)
No
personality
what
so
ever!
Dry
and
cold.
The
employees
before
were
accommodating,
meaning
there
were
a
couple
of
time
I
asked
for
a
early
check
in.
They
checked
if
anything
was
available
at
that
time,
yes
and
offered
to
me
.
The
two
before
were
very
professional
and
knowledgeable.
Back
to
the
new,
did
not
enjoy
the
welcome
whatsoever,
disappointed
to
say
the
least,
ok
moving
onward.
I
was
greeted
by
thee
female
clerk
by
asking
how
can
I
help
you.
What
happens
to
hello
and
welcome,
how
can
Wes
assist
you.

even)
then
she
tells
me
about
how
now
there
is
a
security
deposit
required.

the
rate
for
a
room
during
a
week
day
is
99.99
$
with
tax

I
believe.
(Won’t
be
coming
back)
Now
the
deposit.
I
can
get
a
credit
or
a
refund,
call
it
what
you
like
would
take
up
to
72
hours.

You
took
it
out
of
my
account
I
would
like
it
just
as
fast.
I
asked
about
a
cash
deposit,
that
was
worse.
Let’s
discuss
the
room,
in
previous
visits
there
was
a
survey,
I
did
and
one
of
my
concerns
was
the
shower’s.
I’ve
stayed
there
many
time’s
that
was
my
biggest
complaint.
You
know
if
your
going
to
charge
that
much
for
a
room,
those
showers
need
to
be
taken
care
of.
Water
all
over
the
floor,
then
you
have
to
use
the
two
towels
that
are
given
to
clean
up
the
mess.
I’m
done.

elsewhere.
