👍👍 Superb products and service. Ask for Frank. We haven’t had new bikes in over 20 years. The service and sales were excellent. Frank showed us step by step what bike would we be perfect for us. The test ride was critical in our decision. We are excited to take our new bikes on vacation this week. The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my heart set on a Specialized brand, but after having an in-depth discussion with the sales guy, we determined that a different brand would suit my needs better. The bike was pricey, but about the same as any other store. I was offered 10% of any accessories at the time of my sale, and they installed my bell, kickstand, and bottle cage right then. Overall a really pleasant experience.

I stopped by to get a replacement tube for my bike and Frank Bolon assisted me. He is awesome! A wealth of knowledge in biking and excellent customer service. He spent a lot of time showing me and explaining to me how to properly fix a flat and also educated me on chains (repairing and replacing) along with the different types and sizes. He brought examples out and spent the time going over the differences. He was never pushing any product on me. Zero pressure. He was more concerned about the education and proper instruction so I would be equipped in the field in case I had a breakdown. Frank was incredible. Truly a one of kind especially in these times. I told him he should hold workshops because he truly cares about the customer and is hands on. Never felt like I was taking too much of his time. I will be back!

Excellent customer service and connection from the first interaction to the time I left! John R. went above and beyond to learn about why I'm considering purchasing a new bike and helped me find the option that will be best for me and my needs. He also engaged in great genuine conversation and ensured this was a great experience overall!

Blew a chain on a ride at The Thorn, and stopped in at 4 PM on a Saturday on the off chance they might have a replacement. I was in a pinch as I needed to lead a group ride the following day early in the morning. They offered to install the chain, and when they got into into it they noticed the Cassette teeth were bent and the rear brake rotor was warped. They were able to replace those as well as install the Galfer Purple brake pads that I had been meaning to install. Bike worked perfectly for the ride and I was out the door by 5:30 PM. Thanks a ton for the quick turnaround and excellent service!

We’re so happy we bought our new bikes from Eddy’s. Every step of the way, we’ve had outstanding service—from buying them to selecting selecting accessories. Frank was especially helpful, going the extra mile to help install a new bike seat. Won’t go anywhere else. Customers for life.

Stopped by Eddy's to look for a new seat for my mountain bike and talk to the bike repair shop regarding an old road bike I was looking to fix up. Staff was super helpful, guided me to a seat they felt would work best for my bike and riding style. I am happy to report they were spot on and the seat worked great on my bike. Regarding the old road bike, they recommended I bring it in and they would take a look and give me an estimate and recommendations. I ended up bringing the bike up later that afternoon. I had a really good conversation with a couple of the staff and they ultimately indicated that I would be wasting money trying to get the bike back up and running again. When we started pricing out parts generally speaking, it got super expensive and the parts I could use were very limited because of the age of the bike. I asked for some possible new bike options and one of the staff helped me for a good 20 minutes answering my questions and asking me questions about my goals, riding, location, etc. He gave me some very good recommendations and never once tried any sales pressure or tactics and was simply giving me options and recommendations. I will absolutely be coming back when I am ready to buy the bike and will be using them for any service I need from now on.

Very knowledgeable and (non-pushy) sales professionals create a relaxed environment to shop for a new bike -or- have maintenance done on an older bike. The repair shop is also up front about suggesting whether (or not) it would be a good idea to spend $ on repairs. Great shop!

So happy to have an Eddy's near me. The staff genuinely care and want to help you find what's going to work best for you. There's no high pressure sales tactic or anything like that. Just amazing staff with the passion and love to make you the best rider possible!

I purchased my Trex Hybrid in 2006 from Eddy's. Brought it back to them for a tune-up and new tires - I'm ready to roll! Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Bought a new Trek and they fitted the bike perfectly. The sales rep gave me the low down on warranty, service etc… great experience

I brought my front wheel in since I had broken off the valve stem and they immediately went back and fixed it - less than 5 minutes! Just enough time for me to find a nice, comfy new bike seat to buy too. Lots of selection of bikes (including e-bikes) and friendly staff!

I bought a bike for my 7 year old daughter online and it turned out to be broken. My daughter was sad and cried and I remember seeing Eddy’s bike shop driving down Lorain and figured to take it there. Their shop is amazing by the way, looks great… anyways they fixed her bike in 5 minutes and now she gets to ride her bike smiling and happy. They did it for free and were the kindest guys. Just thought everyone should know what kind of people work here, awesome.

Just picked up my bike today. Matt was just wonderful! I really appreciated his patience as he helped me figure out what accessories I'd need to get going. He also taught me how to attach my bike rack to my car (in the rain 😅) .

I dropped my bike off 30 minutes prior to closing to get my derailers realigned and gears adjusted. Jor called me the next morning at 9:00 am to tell me he had completed the work and the bike was ready to be picked up. The total charge was $27.00! Excellent service in a very relaxed, friendly shop!

I have been to Eddy's Bike shop in North Olmsted since I started riding as a kid. I have tried other bike shops for repairs and maintenance. The reason I like Eddy's so much is because they seem to always be open when I need them. For instance, the reason I am writing this review is because of what happened yesterday. I was out riding late afternoon and my chain snapped in off my bike. Big bummer because I planned on riding for the next few hours. I got to the North Olmsted location by 5:15. I left with a new chain on the bike with a heavier duty chain on the way by 5:45. I could continue my ride! Life savers over there. 10/10 would recommend.

You can find a broad range of bikes. It is especially hard to find shops with plenty of gravel bike supply. I loved the selection and the service from the staff. Supply is very tight for everyone right now but there is a very good supply here and great service offerings. I never felt sold to or pressured. A really great buying experience.

I would give them Zero if it was possible. I bought a bike online that had one simple issue where the mounting hole thread for the rear fender was not fully tapped. They refused to touch the bike because I didn't buy it there and they didn't sell that model, giving me some lame excuse. This is despite the fact that I have been a customer and bought my bike rack there. They lost a customer for life.

Eddy’s is my go-to bike shop. My husband and I have had two bikes there and have received the best service. They answered all of my questions (even though I felt dumb asking them) and even fitted me for my bike. I’d send anyone there who needed help with their bike! Thanks, guys!

So very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They had demo Bromptons for us to try out before purchase and walked us through how to fold and unfold the bikes, and gave us tips on storage and care. Couldn't have asked for better service. They were simply the best!

Great shopping and sales experience every time I go here. Helped me pick out a new bike and cargo accessories for another. Friendly and focused on my needs and interests. Never pushy. Perfect place for your cycling needs.

My experience was wonderful with Eddie’s bike shop. David that put my bike together was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He put my brand new specialized turbo levo comp together in extremely fast amount of time. I already tried the bike out on the trail and this thing is awesome I have never had so much fun on a mountain bike before.

I learned more about bikes being the right size for you. My first ride after leaving the store was almost a new experience. I was only there to purchase a more comfortable seat and I walked out with way more knowledge than I was expecting. 10/10 in service, comfortable seat too! Thanks again Frank!

What an awesome buying experience from Eddy's Bike Shop. Everyone was extremely polite and extremely knowledgeable. The store was always packed when I was in there but someone always made sure to recognize and tell me that someone will be with me shortly. Ya know at the end of the day, that is all I can ask for when every business I walk into is shorthanded. Do yourself a favor and go the Eddy's for all your cycling needs. You won't be disappointed.

After calling around to many bike stores to see who had any bikes our size in stock, we found bikes to replace our bikes (which were stolen on vacation in Atlantic City) at Eddy’s. The customer service at two different stores we visited was superb. The first bike…I literally needed to get a bike that day as my teen relies on hers for transportation to activities. They showed us all models in stock that fit her size, let us test them in the parking lot, gave us time to think it over in private and then we confidently selected a bike for her (she rides her Trek daily). A few days later I stopped at another Eddy’s and they had a bike in stock that fit my needs. Don’t visit AC. But definitely check out Eddy’s if shopping for a good bike and excellent shopping experience.

Very knowledgeable staff that showed me equipment in my proposed budget with no pressure to upset. Great experience that left me wanting to come back for any other bikes or accessories.

I took my bike in for a tuneup and when I got it home, it was making a strange noise. I submitted a review stating that I was having problem and was worried that after I spent a bit of money getting the tuneup that I'd have to spend even MORE to get THAT fixed when it wasn't making that noise before. The store then called me and asked me to bring my bike back. I brought it back and they figured out what was wrong and fixed it at no cost. I really appreciated that they reached out to me and that they fixed it so fast! Thank you for great customer service!
