I recently had the UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE of getting a bikini laser treatment at Dr`s Point, Gurgaon. It was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, everything about this procedure was a disaster. Mr. Adita (owner), Akshita (clinic InCharge), Ruchi(technician), and other team members do not respond to your calls and make sure you had the worst experience. Irrespective of informing them about the result nobody bothered to look after the matter and refused to give extra sittings which were required from their end, and the machine they use did not clean them properly. I ended up having UTI. They asked for money at the very next sitting when I refused to give it, they left me unattended half naked in the room and pressurized me to make the payment and refused to treat me. The result was equally disappointing. Despite enduring the unbearable pain and enduring the incompetence of the technician, my bikini area was left with patchy, uneven hair removal.

The girl Kauser here is brilliant and highly recommended. If there’s anyone who wants perfection with warmth, please ask for Kauser Khan. She is brilliant and her niceness only adds to the experience. She has a good hand for laser and looks after the comfort of the client during the procedure.

I took some treatments from here. I would highly recommend this place. Asha and Kausar are excellent technicians here and Dr mangla is the best Dr. for all skin related problems.
