Found 1010 on a bloggers profile many moons ago and have been going to them regularly and loyally. Infact, I have sent a few friends here who also loved their services. There is a persisting problem of the credit card machine not working - no information given often of that so you land up and have to walk to the nearest atm to get the payable amount, which is very irritating! Of late, I have noticed that some polishes have dried up but they keep using them - it just takes so much time to dry even under the fan drier. Also, since I feel this is way above a beauty salon the cleanliness and hygiene should be #1 priority which sometimes it is not with the chair not being sanitised and the foot bowl having last times soap bubbles still there - it would help if they did it in front of the client.

Application and selection of the nail polish is good. Better than many of the places I have been to (including Lodhi hotel and Blossom Kochhar). However, I was a little disappointed with the spa pedicure, thinking it would last at least 40 minutes. It was done in 20 minutes and the lady doing my pedicure used the rough heel scrubber on my skin - the tops of my feet and ankles - after scrubbing the dead skin off my heels. In all my years of doing pedicures, no one has ever attempted to use a tool made for the soles of my feet on my skin. Come to think of it, I have no idea why I didn't stop her. She managed to scrape off some skin and it hurts a lot when I touch it or when that area comes into contact with water. I have to say, I won't be going back. Even after telling them, they didn't seem to care one bit. Apathetic staff who don't care about customer satisfaction.

This nail salon was smaller than I thought it would be, quite tight to enter and exit but comfortable enough while you’re sitting in the pedicure chairs. The women staff were quiet but good at their work. The foot and leg massage was great with strong pressure, which I appreciate! It was pretty hot inside therefore I think they really should have put on their AC. Also, it would be nice if they offered at the least water bottles.

The best service I've had in Delhi. It's been over a week and my gel manicure has yet to chip. I cannot say that for any other salon I've tried in Delhi. These ladies really care about their clients and the product look. I've had so many compliments on my manicure since getting it done. My new nail salon!! Very clean and wonderful staff.

The service here is lovely and they use OPI polishes, which are my favourite. However the work they do doesn’t last. The first time I visited for a manicure and pedicure they did not apply any top coat. The following week I went back and specifically asked that they apply a top coat, which they did. However, even after waiting 40 mins for my polish to fully dry it remained tacky and was damaged before I even left the salon. They need to invest in some Seche Vite or similar to fix their work. While I was there on my second visit another customer came in complaining that her polish was ruined after sleep, so it’s not just me that has had this issue.

Updating my review for 2022 I’m still a customer but the prices went up and the type of nail polish went down, the ladies are still good but they are always in a rush Old review - Best place to do your nails 💅 I don’t do acrylic yet it lasts up to 2 weeks & more if you’re careful

They have a beautiful set up and great pampering, must visit for relaxation of feet and hands. Highlight - Laborious Staff.

The best courteous, hygienic & professional service in Delhi. I try to always go here when I visit India. Never disappointed. Thank you so much.
