McDonald's Ansal Plaza Parking - 4/5 ( Available and very less crowded ) Entrance - 3/5 ( The entrance of the mall is extremely small, mostly old school glass doors ) Ice Cream - There is different section for Ice Cream but is often not working. Even if you ring the bell they will request you to place an order inside with everyone else. Staff - 4/5 ( The staff is very polite and helpful ) Ambience - 4.2/5 ( It's great ambience for a fast food restaurant ) Food quality - They have maintained McDonald's standard. - Great sitting arrangement at the back. - There are a lot of balloons for the young ones. And you can always take a selfie with Mr.Ronald ;)

Overall it is a good place to eat. You can order online as well as offline there. The staff are also very supportive and helpful.

No drinks available and just a mango shake also no sanitation and hygiene as the employees who took our order was the one who was cleaning the place. The drive through was also not open in the service hours we had to request them to remove the cones and barricade to enter.

The only outlet where you have some footfall as except this outlet everything else has lost it's charm due to non maintenance as all big brands have already moved to New version of malls.For the sake of old times as this being the initial few malls introduced in delhi and India this malls needs a serious rewamp being such a prominent location.

The place is really well maintained and hygienic. And the food quality is also better than other outlets. And the best part is their cold coffee, very authentic taste what other outlets don't have in real. I have visited this place for the very first time and I found it really good. One should go and must have the cold coffee here.

It is an okay place to grab a quick bite at any time.of the day at a decent price...

The place was good and the employees too. McDonald's trying to be more environmental friendly but it seems like profit oriented because they are not serving any paper straw. The employees over there was very friendly they are serving better.

Very untrained staff their way of talking is so rude as if you owe them money ! They accept the order without telling that dine in is closed when i sat there they rudely said take your order and go then i asked for refund as I didn’t wanted to eat outside. Then they just smashed the money on table and asked us to go . This is very very unprofessional 🙅
