Great experience each time. Easy to get last minute appointments, especially on weekdays. I had a haircut with Kanan today and it looks great. I've been also going to Pooja for waxing, facials, etc for years and she is really good as well.

I got a haircut from Madonna, South Ex because my cousin gets her hair done here. I found the service to be extremely pathetic and careless. I felt like the hairstylist has no interest in making sure that I’m satisfied. I wanted to switch up my hair and get bangs but am not very happy with the outcome. Very average haircut. I can say with absolute certainty that the blow dry they gave me wasn’t up to the mark either. In fact, the hairstylist was very unwilling to give me one saying that my scalp was oily. I had to repeatedly insist that he set my hair and even then, it was barely a 5 minutes thing. When I left the salon, I had hair stuck all over my arms and face, they couldn’t even be bothered to brush it off or remove it in any way. When I go to other salons, I feel that the staff is warm and polite (the bare minimum) - definitely didn’t get that here. Wasn’t even asked water, forget tea or coffee which other salons ask, especially when they’re charging this much. In the past, I had once gotten curls done from Madonna, South Ex - was not very satisfied then either. Won’t be going back ever.

Amit is fantastic for a hair cut. I have scanty and thin hair and it's hard for me to trust anyone easily for my kind of hair. But Amit's work is reassuring and gives a lift to your face. Cannot miss mentioning Pooja's work on my delicate skin for eyebrows. First time I didn't feel any pain. She was super. You can only be left warm and happy with Monica's hospitality and management.
