The showroom staff is horrible. Like if I had the option of giving it a negative rating, I would have done it. As soon as you will enter the place, everybody will judge you as if they are checking if you can afford the brand or not. The staff is not at all helpful and courteous. I will never recommend this store for anybody.

The collection is good but the salesman(bald guy) was very rude and not interested. They should be taught proper etiquettes to talk to customer. Don't ruin the brand because of such salesman.

Entered the store at 6:45 PM. Walked out of the store at 6:50 PM Why? Read on. Requested one of the representatives to show a few shirts. The store representative did not care to even open the shirts! He said they are that side and you can see. When we called him, he touched the labels to see you can choose what you like. In an age where customer should be treated as king and where most shoppers prefer to buy stuff online, the few customers who visit the physical stores must be treated with a little respect. Is that too much to ask? I was so disappointed with the staff's behavior that I could not help but note his name. I wish Mr.Shamshad would have been a little more enterprising and helped us out. It's the first time I have been disappointed walking into an LP store. Terrible unapologetic staff attitude. TL;DR : Staff is rude.

It's like any other Louis philippe store. ambience is good n comfortable. staff are okay, take care of your needs while showing you the options. Though one may not get some of the items or the preferred size available at other stores. Parking is a problem here atleast till the metro construction going on in front of the store.

Sales people are busy with themselves, better visit their stores in any big mall, they are much better at assiting you in finding what u want.

Hurried service, repeated alterations and multiple visits to fix a pair of pants. Salesman is putting away suits while I’m still trying, on phone & took wrong measurements. It was a 1000x better service at the LP store in Connaught Place. Would recommend you to go there.

Excellent selection of wearables and formal merchandise. The outlet has a nice selection of Shirts, Pants, Coats and formals. The staff is also very cooperative. Slightly on the expensive side but a good option to shop, especially when having Deals and Discounts.
